I hate to let my yearly exam visit covered by insurance go to waste so I make sure I stay on top of my eye care! From the front desk, to the optometrist assistant to the actual optometrist the service here is unmatched! Truly makes me wish it was a thing that occurred more, is twice a year too much? Maybe one day we will live in a world where we can utilize insurance as much as we see fit ‍ I brought some glasses that I got here last year to have repaired and my warranty covered a whole new set for only $50. The original price for the frames and lens were about $700 altogether. It's definitely expensive to have visual acuity, but I think we can all agree it's a source we all rely on to maneuver through our daily lives! Eye care providers are the real silent heroes and I'm thankful for everyone's service provided during each visit. I have wanted to switch to contacts for awhile but because I have a Astigmatism they just don't seem to want to cooperate with me. But Dr Marr went above and beyond trying to get me ones that would would work. He always spends the time with me helping try lenses and seeing if they will work. He is never in a rush to get to the next patient. He is just all together friendly. Which is why the three of them work so well together. They just mesh well together to make your visit a pleasant one. Robin takes care of helping you with your glasses and is uber patient because well, I am THAT patient! "Hmmm, I don't know if I like these ones or these ones or maybe these ones over there! Wait maybe I'll go with sunglasses! What do you mean you got rid of the Marc Jacobs line?!" Yeah that's me. After trying to navigate their online portal, and getting frustrated I made my way to Yelp to see what else was out there, in hopes of finding something closer to home that would be less stressful. Enter Noyce Family Eye Care. All the reviews I saw online were raving, I confirmed they took my insurance, and I quickly made an appointment over the phone. It's super close to my house, and once I got there it was a very quick and seamless process to get checked in and seen by Dr. Noyce. She was incredibly kind and personable, and honestly, I'm just so happy I made the switch to this practice. I've only had one visit so far but I'm really optimistic about using this practice for my eye care needs moving forward.

The staff is always nice and it is clean. I am usually able to get scheduled in a reasonable amount of time. The only reason I gave a four is that the machine has went on the blitz several times in the middle of the testing. They have gotten it worked out during those times but I despise the testing because it takes longer than a typical test so I've had to prolong the testing.

They test depth perception, color perception, eye pressure with the air shooty thing, measure your pupillary distance, dilation and do refraction. Turns out that my current prescription was too strong. That's what you get when you rush eye care. So, Dr Joe gave me a new prescription. I won't be going back to my other doc... this went way too smooth and was actually accurate. Only thing I would have preferred was to be given some sunglass inserts after dilation. I wasn't offered any, but would have gladly taken them. So, bring your sunglasses in or remember to ask if they have any... so you don't get hit by a car or something. (less than a business day from my appointment) They did not inform me when I MADE the appointment that this change would be implemented, so I had to search for another practice if I did not want to pay 100% out of pocket. I asked repeatedly why the decision was made, but no one could answer this question. This is a very disappointing action from this practice, especially since I had been a patient there for so many years.
