I then went back to get it re-inspected, and again it failed. My car was serviced at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria with certified Mercedes mechanics, as to which I was told, there are no mechanical defects nor issues with this car. I went back to have it re-inspected, failed again. At this point, it seems as though this shell is running a fraudulent inspection operation. DONT GO HERE FOR INSPECTION THEY ARE ALL CROOKS. Most times at a gas station/convenience store they have ice chests outside, but not here. The ice was inside a freezer inside. Normally you would most likely see the ice and it would be obvious where it is. But I searched all the coolers and it was kind of off by itself. Then, they only had two bags of the seven pound ice. I grab them, just in case I wouldn't be able to find any ice elsewhere. Go to the registers and use the self checkout. Take the ice outside and throw it in my cooler. I then prepare myself to get out of this hell hole of a parking lot.

I live off of Annapolis Road so I decided to stop at this location , I was more than happy and surprised to see a familiar face I have been missing at the other location (Jessica). But also irritated and concerned because as I am waiting in the line to check out there was an elderly man on the register and the customer was very rude to him and called him stupid and needed to be taught how to do his job correctly! He said very politely sir just hold on please I will go get my manager and she will help you. So he goes gets her she comes over ask the man what the issue was and how could she help he told her he was stupid and she needed to teach him how to ring up gas correctly. She asked him what was he trying to do, he said something about the Rofo gas card she rang him up I saw her scan his phone and then herd her explain to him that it was not working and asked him for his phone number so she could put it in . It didn't work again so she then tryed to explain he then very rudely and Nasty told her she was also stupid and needed. To be taught again, she then told him he didn't need to be so rude she was trying to help he then was nasty again and she told him she wasn't gonna be yelled at nor could he continue to insult her employee and walked away all this as the line is waiting. When she walked away he saw another young lady cooking and said she knows what he needed. She said ok came over and tried to help him also. Jessica went over and stood to the side as to not to keep arguing with the man. He then went over to her pointed his finger in her face. Taunting her cursing and yelling so she then tells him don't point in her face and addresses the fact that there were small children in the store and he need to stop or leave! He keeps yelling then the elderly man helped the next customer. After-he helped him I noticed he went to the entry and asked her to come over there I'm not sure what he was saying to her they were quiet. I have left a comment about her before because she has always been polite super helpful and to not just to me but to my coworkers and my mother. And I need to repeat myself again because the way she adamantly stuck up for her employee and demanded respect for him the kids in her store speaks volumes to me as to the kind of young lady she is. It's located in between several neighborhoods, so you can imagine how busy it might get -- especially since it only has 4 gas pumps. Also, the best deals on gas come if you have cash, otherwise it's a 10 cent increase. In all the years I've been going, I've never purchased anything inside. But the staff have always been kind.

I went to take it back and he said he'd have to charge me to cut off a lug nut his tech cross threaded on there. I told him his tech did that and I shouldn't be charged for that to which he responded that since the car was with me he didn't know what I had done to it. While I understand this, I still needed the front breaks that I paid for and didn't get. He was unwilling to work with me insisting he charge me again for break pads having only had my car 3 months ago. Total rip off, don't let these guy's overcharge you to ruin your car. I wish I was exaggerating. I rarely go online and make comment's but this was so bad I actually decided it's best other people should know how bad this is.
