I then went back to get it re-inspected, and again it failed. My car was serviced at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria with certified Mercedes mechanics, as to which I was told, there are no mechanical defects nor issues with this car. I went back to have it re-inspected, failed again. At this point, it seems as though this shell is running a fraudulent inspection operation. DONT GO HERE FOR INSPECTION THEY ARE ALL CROOKS. Don't waste your time or your money go to a real inspection service center.

You will need a Costco membership or a Costco gift card to patronize this fuel center…read more The traffic pattern at this location can get a bit tricky. You're supposed to enter from the street, but outbound drivers try to bypass the long line by turning right. Cones have been put into place to discourage that. Many people get fixated on going to a pump based on what side their gas tank is on. The pumps have long hoses so you can fuel up at any of the pumps. This makes the lines longer than they need to be and inattentive drivers on their phones increases the amount of wait time. The cost of fuel is generally lower than some locations and when I'm nearby, I make it a point to top off. Be aware of your surroundings and ensure the pump hasn't been tampered with or the credit card reader doesn't have a skimmer attached. I've never had that issue but just be alert to your surroundings and what you're doing. Rule of thumb is to ensure the pump has stopped before you walk away. Otherwise you'll be paying it forward without your expressed consent. It is also posted to discourage swiping your membership card to allow non-members to fuel up. In the event the credit card is stolen, it is now attributed to you.

And the biggest issue I had they did not give me my mashed potatoes that I paid for...so yeah I'm a little disappointed at this location. Especially since I drove past a few others due to the low Yelp ratings to get them out. The young man behind the counter was nice, but I wish he would have reminded me that I left a part of my order. I didn't even realize it until I got all the way back home. Coming from VA I have to remember to also bring a reusable bag with me or pay 10 cents here in MD. Besides this hiccup I will be back again because the area seems like a nice place to explore.

I solely came here to purchase ice. In short, I should have went elsewhere instead of having to waste my time. Coming here, the parking lot is truly congested. No matter what happens here, you will most likely be cursing because of the congestion in the parking lot. Go inside and search for ice. Most times at a gas station/convenience store they have ice chests outside, but not here. The ice was inside a freezer inside. Normally you would most likely see the ice and it would be obvious where it is. But I searched all the coolers and it was kind of off by itself. Then, they only had two bags of the seven pound ice. I grab them, just in case I wouldn't be able to find any ice elsewhere. Go to the registers and use the self checkout. Take the ice outside and throw it in my cooler. I then prepare myself to get out of this hell hole of a parking lot.

You'd think you would get it right ordering it yourself on a screen. The whole point of customizing with made to order? I drove 40 minutes out of my way to specifically get a specialty fall item at Wawa and I get a disgusting soggy sandwich that was NOT even close to what I ordered. They took forever to get my order out too. Half of it just sat on the counter while I watched everyone else in line get their items. Terrible service, and the worst Wawa experience I've ever had. I picked up my chai tea from the drink counter and the young man started complaining to me about his work day and how he was sick of being there. So, clearly the employees are phoning it in. So unprofessional and not great from the customer viewpoint. I literally had to throw out the food when I got home because it was not even edible.

Good evening First let me say if I could give 10 stars I…read morewould! I am writing for a complaint and also a concern. I work for Metro so I frequent the store on Ardwick. I live off of Annapolis Road so I decided to stop at this location , I was more than happy and surprised to see a familiar face I have been missing at the other location (Jessica). But also irritated and concerned because as I am waiting in the line to check out there was an elderly man on the register and the customer was very rude to him and called him stupid and needed to be taught how to do his job correctly! He said very politely sir just hold on please I will go get my manager and she will help you. So he goes gets her she comes over ask the man what the issue was and how could she help he told her he was stupid and she needed to teach him how to ring up gas correctly. She asked him what was he trying to do, he said something about the Rofo gas card she rang him up I saw her scan his phone and then herd her explain to him that it was not working and asked him for his phone number so she could put it in . It didn't work again so she then tryed to explain he then very rudely and Nasty told her she was also stupid and needed. To be taught again, she then told him he didn't need to be so rude she was trying to help he then was nasty again and she told him she wasn't gonna be yelled at nor could he continue to insult her employee and walked away all this as the line is waiting. When she walked away he saw another young lady cooking and said she knows what he needed. She said ok came over and tried to help him also. Jessica went over and stood to the side as to not to keep arguing with the man. He then went over to her pointed his finger in her face. Taunting her cursing and yelling so she then tells him don't point in her face and addresses the fact that there were small children in the store and he need to stop or leave! He keeps yelling then the elderly man helped the next customer. After-he helped him I noticed he went to the entry and asked her to come over there I'm not sure what he was saying to her they were quiet. I have left a comment about her before because she has always been polite super helpful and to not just to me but to my coworkers and my mother. And I need to repeat myself again because the way she adamantly stuck up for her employee and demanded respect for him the kids in her store speaks volumes to me as to the kind of young lady she is. And as a whole you need to be happy she works for you
