This Costco location is definitely at the bottom of my list for Costco stores. Here's why: 1. THEY DO NOT SELL PIZZA! I REPEAT, THEY DO NOT SELL PIZZA! Right? wtf? I was heartbroken when I found out. I was craving pizza and drove all the way over here to be disappointed. I ended up having to settle for sucky Round Table Pizza across the street.I thought that was a staple at all Costco concession stands. The guy working there said that their oven is too small. You would think that with the high demand they would get a bigger oven. 2. Lack of inventory: Came to buy gift cards for Christmas and they were lacking restaurant gift cards that the other Costco stores have. They also don't have biscotti here unlike the other Costcos.... It's either they don't have it or the employees we asked were unknowledgeable. I actually feel bad for this Costco, it seems like the Costco Headquarters hates this location that's why they deprived them of good stuff all the other stores have...okay I get that maybe each store has different inventory due to demand... but come on! Being a commute rat getting a flat tire was inevitable. The techs here at this Costco Tire Center are awesome! They'll get you the best deal possible on a new tire and give you honest advice if you even need a new one or a flat repaired. They even fixed the spare tire cage underneath the beater which was previously held together courtesy of duct tape ouch! They offered free tire rotation with purchase and the warranty saved my wallet a number of times! This time around it cost me a shade over sixteen bucks to replace my flat. I'm as happy as a kitten. On my car is the one place where I'd hate to see a donut!... read more

This has to be one of the first "Big Box" warehouses ever built, which means this particular location probably started out as a Price Club. (I'm somewhat surprised that it's not built of wood & straw, held together by mud.) If I had to use one word to describe this particular warehouse it would be, "Goddamn'small!" Lately, I've been getting HAPA's Rx filled @ Walmart, overall great competitive pricing. However, when it came to refilling his preventive, Heartworm medication (HeartGard), it was a different story. HeartGard is a pretty standard Rx for dogs. Unfortunately, Walmart had none in stock. The medication was going to cost $55 (+tax), for six doses, a standard 6 mos supply, and in addition, about three days to receive it. **Note: in regard to who offers the best value for Rx, always price shop & compare. I've found that one particular item may be less @ one pharmacy and visa versa... 'As in most cases. If you're not familiar w/Heartworm disease you may want to brush up on some reading, especially since it is transmitted by mosquitoes. (Note: Dogs who live in hot, humid regions - conditions in which mosquitoes thrive - are at the greatest risk.) 'Kinda like THIS area... Who doesn't love costco? Their 1 hr photo is my go to place for all my poster board projects for our company and children's or significant other's birthday poster board collages. They have a great price for these things and other photo needs. Besides the great price for office supplies, groceries and household necessities this is the go to place for open bar parties as well! Their alcohol is very low priced and they almost have every kind. We've even bought a few bottles of Cristal at a great price! On the way out it's always good to grab movie tickets when checking out and of course a hot dog or churro! read more

This Costco stands above the rest for its large selection of Organic goods. Their organic stuff all has green price tags, so you can tell from a distance. In addition, they have stuff that other Costcos don't. The setup is slightly different than other Costcos. It was not crowded at all on a Saturday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend. Who doesn't LOVE Costco. Even though the polish dogs are no longer around. I still love Costco. Every time I go to this place, the greeter welcomes me with a smile and knows me on a regular (I don't know if thats a good thing or bad thing) There is a lot to do and buy here. As you enter the area, the first thing you see are products that are part of Costcos coupon book. They do this to their customers, so its readily available for the customers to grab and buy rather than searching on the products that are on sale. Just know these two things: They do not have a photo section and they do not sell pizza, chicken bake, and burgers. Since their kitchen is small, they do not have the oven for these hot items. They are always restocking their shelves, which makes it easier to buy the things you needed to buy on your list. I went on a weekend and there was not much samples out to try. Which is a bummer.. I was looking forward to having a mid day snack ;P Overall, I'd come here on a regular and do my shopping. The sad thing about this COSTCO is that they shut down their photo department and they do not sell pizza or chicken bake, which is a staple to other COSTCO's and they need to highly consider doing that. read more

I like that this Costco has varieties and options that you cannot find at other Costco's. The staff is very helpful and this store is very neat and organized. No matter what time of day or day of the week I have been, it is never really crowded and I love that! The only thing that makes me sad is that their food court does not have pizza :( read more

This Costco has fewer options than others in the Bay Area and east bay. Also the employees are far less helpful than you would expect from a Costco. Tried to get a special order from the bakery and they had no interest in accommodating. Makes no sense given the large order. Costco in general is typically my favorite place to shop. This is my favorite Costco for the past 6 years! In and out in 10-15 minutes with a cart full at the time of opening and the lines are usually short. You can purchase meat by the case, fresh flowers daily and they usually have the best cell phone deals! Whenever I need a helping hand to load my car Mike is always extremely helpful (one of the hardest working employee)! The only thing I wish this location has is pizza :) read more

Costco the warehouse super store! Incredible selection of Huge quantity items. I think they have the best meat selection around and stocking up on the necessities like toilet paper and paper towels, paper plates and soap are legit. I haven't had to buy a razor in months and I have a few still to go! Their Tvs are always a good choice too. Best Buy and a few others are okay but I find the best choices at Costco. Computers and cellphones, free samples and salads...you can find it all under one roof. The drawback to the Fairfield one is that there is NO PIZZA! It the worst Costco in my opinion due to that, but I'd rather hit this one than Vacaville cuz of the drive. Tons of selections and a must. Tire shopping is super easy here too. read more

My fave samples are the smoked salmon w/ cream cheese on a bagel, pulled pork, and the pasta(s). Hellaella good. And If I don't wanna feel like a free loader, I'll jst hit up the food area and order a polish sausage and drink(w/free refills) for $1.50...whadda steal..this place is great especially for a college student with no money o_O for lunch... The croissants are good, Im even eating one as Im typing this... My mom comes here to buy mini pizzas, rotisserie chicken, eggs, and forever else we need. This review is a Post-Covid review. Thank you, Costco for creating a safe place for us to continue our business and hone shopping. They have done everything possible to ensure we are flattening the curve. The place has always been spotless but I'm grateful for how they've treated our family members with health issues. The Costco in Cordelia is the greatest of all Costco experiences. The ones in Nearby counties are fine but it as well laid out and far too crowded. We also have the best employees in Cordelia and in the Tire Center. The only downsides are the Food Court has less food than in Vallejo and the parking lot needs more security on all sides. They have one near the door. The parking lot had issues with car break ins pre-Covid. Unsure if it continues. Thank you! read more

I LOVE Costco! I'll get that out of there right away. Sure, they don't carry everything I need, but they carry enough to keep me coming back on a regular basis. I like that different locations carry local specialty items & that they cater to their constituency. THIS location is always kept clean, plenty of space in the aisles, very well laid out. The people who give out samples seem to be friendly & knowledgeable about the products & the layout of the store. I've gotten to know some of them fairly well. Irma is my favorite. She is ALWAYS upbeat, friendly, & outgoing. A good ambassador to this store. Sometimes the lines at checkout can be pretty lengthy, but they're usually pretty quick to open up more registers when this happens. The food court is a good way to get a quick fix if you're hungry, although I'm not too pleased about them taking away the polish dog special (my old go-to). PLEASE BRING THE POLISH DOG BACK!!! I guess I'll have to settle for the 100% all beef hot dog, which is still pretty good. This location's food court doesn't offer some of the items found at other locations (pizza slices, chicken bakes, etc). WHY? Who knows. Still this is my local Costco & I enjoy my visits here. Sometimes I come just to spend time & "window shop." The parking lot is usually kept pretty clean & there is always ample parking. I like that they keep plenty of handicap carts charged & ready & that they don't make a ton of noise like some do. read more

This review is for the Fairfield California location only. I am a big fan of Costco and I've been shopping there for many many years. Today I stopped at this location on the way back from a long trip and was surprised how little selections they have of everything. For example, there is much fewer organic items in this store than there is at other Costco locations. The bakery is smaller, the food court is much smaller than any other Costco I've ever been in. Honestly, in my opinion this should be called the new mini Costco. I hope this isn't the future for Costco's future buildings. One more thing, believe it or not this location does not offer pizza. read more

I was so thrown back when i didnt see pizza on the menu. i just assume all costcos have pizza. it was a good thing i didnt want pizza at the time though otherwise i woulda been so disappointed. also disappointed they got rid of polish dogs but thats nation wide. instead they do have chili so i made chili dogs! not all costcos have that. the chili is pretty good. nice and thick the way i like it. plenty of seats to eat and fairly clean. as i was eating i did see a very tall man at the register. he had to be close to 7 feet tall! amazed. read more

Dang this place is SMALL! I talked to on worker and he told me that it's about half the size compared to ones in Vallejo and Vacaville which makes sense because the selection is poor compared to when I lived in Concord. It does have it's advantages because that means I buy less items I don't need and stick to the list! Parking- tons of spaces even during "busy hours" especially compared to the madness of the Vallejo and Concord stores. Staff: come here 1-2 times a week and everyone is always nice. Lines- Usually walk up with only 1 person ahead of me, even during peak times. Food Court- no pizza or chicken bakes. I asked the worker why and they explained there's no room to put the oven and prep stations. Bummer but also helpful in keeping me lean when I want to splurge on oily goodness. Tire Center- Understaffed and poor selection. They told me I need to come in by 5pm latest to get my tires changed by 8pm. Changed tires at Concord in an hour. This is for their tire center. Went up to get my tires inflated with nitrogen. See when you buy tires from Costco this is what they inflate it with. So it isn't really something you can do at home. Normally you pull up, someone acknowledges you, tells you where to pull up and you get help. At least at other Costco Warehouses that is. This one in particular no one really seems to want to help. This would have been the second time I have pulled up here. Standing outside of my car. I catch a few eyes but no one says hi or that they will be with me. My family and I were headed to Tahoe. Brand new tires (not from Costco). We got a screw in one of them and were too far from home to get back safely. Called ten minutes before closing, and they were able to get us in and repair with a plug. They stayed past closing, and told us to enjoy our trip. We were helped by a gentleman named "Z". I purchased pork spareribs they had so much fat on them. By the time I trimmed what I could over 1/2 the meat was thrown away. The produce lettuce, mushrooms, peeled garlic were all starting to turn bad. I am shocked to see costco not keeping the high standards of their merchandise... Today, I just want to shed some light on a item that I just purchased made by Foxy and distributed by The Nunes Company in Salinas, Ca. Organic Romaine Hearts, pay attention people.. They are in a hurry when it comes to packaging this Lettuce. Yes!!! wash and clean all vegetables over and over, as I was cutting and cleaning, this dirt and mud was just falling out the crevices of each heart. It was wet, hard and disgusting. 1 star for the tire center. Refused to work on my Costco tires... (I had them installed at Vallejo Costco and needed a flat repair). The technician informed his manager that the tires shouldn't have been sold for the car because the tire load was wrong for my rims. Manager refused to go look a second time, trusting his technician of 15 years. Vallejo supervisor at tires tried to explain (over the phone) that the sticker on the car had an alternative load number for our rims and that the tires were correct. Manager refused to check again or work on the car. I had to drive to Vallejo Costco to get my tire fixed (this was after I had waited 1 hour for Fairfield tires to tell me they wouldn't work on the car). Huge waste of the morning and time taken off of work, but Vallejo staff was kind and courteous.. got me in for immediate service upon my arrival. This experience will affect me shopping at Costco Fairfield at all. I'm done. read more

Went this afternoon and was impressed at the efficiency of the staff. The line to get in was down the side of the building (tha is to social distancing)but moved quickly. They wouldn't let us in until the lines at the registers let up, didn't wait more than 25-30 minutes. The store was not over crowded with people, thanks to store policy limits. We cruised through and got to the register with only one person ahead. In and out in an hour with ease. Thanks for making it a positive experience in the midst of uncertainty. Interesting place. The food court sells the usual poison to everyone, you're probably better off smoking a pack of camel unfiltered. The broad at the eye center has very bad breath so proceed with caution. Went into the tire center afterwards for tire rotation. Talked to Harold, nice guy and told me a lot of stories about everything from tire manufacturing to Native Americans. He seemed like be knew what he was talking about but maybe he was just a good bullshitter. Hahaha overall the tire center was the best part of the experience, will be back again! read more

Who ever they use for a third party delivery is incompetent. There automatic phone system that calls you to give you a window for delivery is useless. The automatic recording cuts out just before it tells you the delivery window. So... you don't know when the delivery will be make. Now your entire day is messed up or you so t be there for delivery.
