Really Costco!!?? My Daughter said it was slightly frozen when she bought it, this morning. In past purchases, like bagels and breads, they have molded way too early. This is the worst Costco. I would rather drive to Vacaville than go to this one. They don't even have as many products as Vacaville either. There's no on hand cooked pizzas also. When are they going to start accepting Venmo at the gas pumps??? My Daughter was annoyed that they bother you at the check out to renew or upgrade your Costco Card, and we also requested for auto renewal, yet it was never done. read more

Bad day at Costco in fairfield I was discriminated by Costco employee They were asking only Latinos to verified their Costco card There were not asking other raíces I shop there every other week There were checking when you walk-in and when check out but only Latinos. We live less than 5 minutes from this Costco, but my wife drives 25 minutes to shop at the one in Vacaville instead. I only used it for the pharmacy, but I stopped that now too. It isn't worth the condescending and rude attitudes. I still go to the gas station because you don't need to interact with anyone there. read more

I have been to other Costco branches, and I must say, this branch in Green Valley has the most friendliest and most helpful employees I have encountered so far. As you enter the store, they smile and greet you. The area is always clean and organize. I love shopping at this branch because of parking, the employees/staff and the acai bowl! You feel welcome when shopping at this location. You can sense the friendliness no rudeness. They may not have pizza....but, they have the cheapest and yummy acai bowl! You can never go wrong. It is served with fresh berries, and lots of granola. So, yummy and tasty! read more

I called Costco corporate several weeks ago about why gas sells in Vallejo Ca was 20 cents a gallon different than the Fairfield Ca unit. The contact person indicated that Costco was trying to give the best price possible to their customers. Within a week of my call, the units in Vacaville, CA, Fairfield , Ca, and Vallejo were the same price. Two weeks later, Vacaville and Fairfield were back up over 20 cents a gallon. Someone is not being very truthful about gas prices. One of the transport drivers indicated the pricing is a scam. I don't know this for a fact, but finding that shopping at Costco could be changing. read more

Good for a Costco. But can be better. They really should hire more people. Although, they do have self-checkout. It creates more problems than solves. It just slows the lines down. The Meat area/butchers are pretty awesome. They are helpful and usually super friendly. For ELECTRONICS, they should get better brands. The prices should be lower. They carry Sonos sound systems. Which are a bit OVER RATED for the money and sound quality. TIP:DON'T GO ON SUNDAYS! IT'S A SHEET SHOW.Like way too crowded. Over all it's an ok Costco. read more

Had to point to Cory today that Imelda was working hard and alone at the busy food station. Guy didn't even apologize or acknowledge what I said just walked away. Sure he solved the problem helping to get the relish back into the containers so I can enjoy my food, however it would have been nice to get an apology, about it instead of walking away letting me wonder what's going to happen. Imelda and the help she got were very apologetic, but it seemed to me that Cory couldn't care to make sure the place was running smoothly or at least humanly. Let me be clear, I'm talking about Cory the manager. read more

Update: I called corporate. They agreed that there should have been signs placed. They also agreed that the supervisor should have used common sense and seen that I was not hording but that I was buying a normal amount for business and personal use. They told me to go back in the store and Erik (store manager) would have two packs of paper towels and toilet paper put aside for me. I went in the store today and loaded up my cart as I normally would, ran into the store manager. He tried to say that they had signs up, they didn't two days ago but they did today. He also said that if I ever had a problem in the future to talk to him first before calling corporate, sure! that makes sense, don't let corporate know you guys can't use common sense. Anyhow I got my items and left. Not sure i'll head back there. Vacaville store has much friendlier employees. read more

I always enjoy this Costco. One star for employee ADRIANA who was managing the self check out on 6/14/22. Usually when the check out lines are long, they encourage the costumers to use the self check out and they can scan your items on the cart specially if they are heavy. Quicker and saves time. Well, I was too lazy to carry my gatorade and water and I had to trouble her on scanning about 10 items in my cart which I have placed all the bar codes up already. She had to look at the sign and muttered "self check out" and when I said I can scan the other small items, she had to reply condescendingly "oh, can you really do it ma'am? ". Geez.. Adriana, next time just say "no It's not my job". I will gladly go on the other line. I need to give credit to where it's due. No complains with other employees.. cashiers are okay, membership/returns has always been efficient, greeter/checkers are nice, pharmacy no issues, meat and bakery peeps are ready to help. I will always come back to this Costco. We go there for the price, quality and easy returns but great costumer service is always appreciated. read more

This place has cheap gas and that may be its only redeeming quality when Mr. Jenbert stopped here to refuel both his car and his stomach. Refueling the car was the easy part. Refueling the stomach, not so much. The court (not food court; because it's just a court with not enough food to be considered a food court) has no pizza, no Polish dogs, no chicken bakes, nothing. He ended up walking away with just a soda and hot dog. The worst part is the passive-aggressive security here who didn't like the Costco Visa card that he showed upon entry. He tried to explain that he uses it to enter other Costco locations. The front door security guy ran after him, screaming at him, accusing him of having a "bad attitude," and asserting that the Costco Visa is an unacceptable card for entry and that he needed to leave. (Mr. Jenbert left only after checking out) Okay, so if Mr. Jenbert has such a bad attitude (which he does with me but not with strangers), why is the employee the one losing his temper? Furthermore, if the Costco Visa isn't an acceptable form of entry, why isn't professional security being called to escort him out... or an offer to check him out as a guest as a "one-time courtesy"? I've seen both of those scenarios happen with people who truly didn't have a membership card. Harassing members isn't in good form, especially when you work in customer service. Attempting to deny entry to valid members means less business for you-- the Jenberts will just go to the Vacaville Costco the next time they're in the area. read more

3/14/19, my drive to Fairfield (from Napa), was a breeze. My visit to Costco was wonderful Thursday. They had rotisserie chickens hot out of the oven and ready to go. I was able to collect one in my shopping basket. That was super nice, b/c last visit I waited an hour. The chicken seemed like a gift. One week ago, I broke the frame to my glasses. Costco still had the frame. So crazy happy my lenses didn't break. That's seriously expensive to replace the glasses. "Skyler" popped out the lenses from the broken frame and secured them in the new frame. Yay. Thank You, "Skyler", for a job well done. $84.00 for the new frames and done. Double YAY. Almost like another gift given to me! Cashed in my Executive Rewards for the year and paid greater than $200.00 at checkout. The way I look at it, is I received my third gift at checkout. I left Costco Fairfield pleased with my visit, service and savings. Yay :-) read more

I Been coming here for at least 2 years. They have good prices. On most products. Their customer service is good. Pre-Covid they always had samples of several of their food products. Which was always helpful to buy a product that you might of otherwise not of tried. The hotdogs and drink special at their little restaurant is Awesome. Great price!! As for Kirkland products, which is Costco's brand. They are really not that good. I would give this Costco 5stars BUUT they No longer disinfect the shopping carts. They stopped this BEFORE California has officially reopened. And as stated, the Kirkland products are very poor quality. read more

The worst ground beef EVER. Used to be the best meat in town. Nothing but tons of fat and other bits of chewy stuff. I threw away $30 on a lb of their ground beef and cooked it up in burgers. Couldn't eat it there was so much fat and grease. So I threw it all away. If you value your arteries, don't buy this poor excuse for hamburger meat. It even looks creepy. All pink instead of red. I purchased the Relax A Lounger. I drove from my town of Modesto, California on Thursday, February 6, 2020 to purchase 1 of the 4 items left. I borrowed a trick to go pick it up Friday, February 7, 2020. I got it home, and upstairs, and started unpacking it. I realized it had already been taking out of the box, and put together by another customer. The bolts and nuts weren't in their plastic container, they were put together in a bag. It was also missing the mini spanned wrench to put it together. I was able to put it together with my pliers, but it was difficult as well as time consuming. I called this Fairfield Costco to let them know they sold me an item that had already been used, without my knowledge, and I paid full price for an item that had already been put together and used. I was told that normally, the item would have been, and should have been sent back to the manufacturer, NOT resold to another customer! I asked if they could discount the item for me. They wouldn't do it. They offered me an exchange for a new one. The problem for me is, it would be too much effort to borrow a truck again, pay another $70 in gas to drive 2 hours there and 2 hours back... This item should never have been resold. I will be contacting corporate headquarters with a letter of complaint. This is unacceptable conduct. The right thing to do is to give me a discount for my troubles. read more

This Costco doesn't have pizza but it has everything else and is easily accessible. Costco is one of the main places to get all of your warehouse needs in bulk, great for planning for parties or even getting supplies for the office. Food is good too, cheaper bread, fruits, ready made dishes, rotisserie chicken, water bottles, toilet paper, and even gas! You can purchase alcohol without having a membership but you only cash is accepted. Electronics, clothes, you name it! I am vendor from a another company and was tasked to generate leads here, saw a man asking to get help loading ice onto his flat. He was completely ignored by all the staff at the counter as they chatted away. So then he asked me to help. With the actual employees within arms reach, I asked them but I was ignored too. So I helped this man get 20 bags of ice moved when it wasn't even my job. These people here are lazy or need to hit the gym or something. Then when I finally got their attention for my issue they triple-booked our endcap for the roadshow. This a bad look for customers and other companies that do business here. read more

I have been a Costco fan for years. The one in Cordelia is great as you are able to get in and out quickly. So far I haven't experienced the long lines that sometimes exist in the bay area stores. I must say that they have been trailblazers during this pandemic and certainly lead by example. The set up has been altered so it flows better. They have also continued to offer items on sale which is great as many stores seems to have discontinued sale items. My latest purchase was a sale item and something I have been thinking about purchasing for a while. read more

This Costco is like any other costco you've been to with the exception of no Chicken Bakes and Pizza's. It's conveniently close to my house yet I consider it my least favorite. Mainly my issues have to do with their Photo Center. For 2 years now it's quality in reproduction is just straight up Garbage. I've given them too many chances, and I've pretty much had it. Issues... Issues... Issues... how hard is it to print pictures here?! Why don't I get these problems at the Vacaville or Vallejo Costco's? There are thin white lines showing up on the bottom of the cuts... there are times when it looks like there's not enough ink in their printers... today the enlargement printers kept getting jammed. When it finally got fixed the colors on the photo paper started peeling off. Excuses galore... who do you blame? The equiptment or the operator of the machines? Consider myself done with the Fairfield Costco Phot center... I'll take my business to Vacaville! read more

This costco doesn't have a big food court so it doesn't bake fresh pizzas, but because of that I feel that they make great chicken bakes. I got my chicken bake at 12:20 best costco chicken bake hands down. The out side was crispy with a hint of saltiness and the filling was perfect spread out in the middle with a nice tight wrap. Chicken bake perfection. I hope all future chicken bakes I receive from this location will be of this high standard. read more

I have only one reason why I like Costco wholesale. They are almost look alike in a lay out. If you will look at this particular Costco or one in Rancho Cordova , or for example let take a look at one in down town. Even one in Mexico Tijuana. If you shop there a lot you will notice that in every single Costco has two big doors. One of them is an entrance with a person who checks your Costco pass, and on the other door there are two guys who checks your receipt to make sure you didn't take anything extra. I love how they have a big backs of everything like Nutella, or jack Daniels. There are no place that you can find a big packs for suck a good price. I'm also impressed with their huge walk in produce refrigerator that is open for public. It's about 30x30 ft and 20 ft height. And everything is extremely fresh. In conclusion this store has a lot of products and deals. They have gas station on the parking lot and it's cheaper than any other gas station. But only members can fuel up there. Let me tell you something. It's worth $100.00 a year because it pays itself back. You buy products in bigger quantity than in any other store foru the same but Costco gives you more stuff for the same price as other stores will give you little. Highly recommend this store. If you have a big family this store is for you. read more

This one is definitely tucked away & not as busy as some of the other ones. I highly recommend checking this one out to beat the lines.

An idle mind is the devil's playground... So the one week off I had from work where my mind was used to being busy, I battled against getting a Costco membership and lost. All these years I figured why bother with jumbo packages of meats, breads, muffins, soaps, shampoos, toiletries, toilet paper, cleaning supplies when I didn't have a huge family to support? Well I got roped in out of curiosity and ended up getting the executive membership (which I probably didn't need). I walked through the much welcomed blast of cold air that filled the warehouse, went straight to the pet section because I have become that dog obsessed mom and pondered if my Bubba would enjoy the jerky or the lamb and rice biscuit...or maybe both? I Looked through some doggy toys and wondered which would last longer when my pet is actually a land shark. Afterwards, I meandered through the area where there were snacks, nuts, cheese, tried a few samples and talked myself out of buying a couch, laptop, wine, doggy bed, everything in the snack aisle, and a windbreaker...a small win for the idle mind. There are other things calling out like rotisserie chicken, ready made meals, fruits, veggies, etc. But like they tell you not to shop when you're hungry, don't do it when you're bored or you'll walk out of Costco with miscellaneous items, a hotdog and soda that you didn't really intend on getting in the first place. All that aside, the Cosco is clean, the employees helpful and informative, and definitely will be making more trips to this location. read more

Well I am an essential employee... I don't have mornings off to wait in line to attempt to pick up TP, and I left work 4 hours early to stand in line for 45 minutes to get sunburned with everyone else like it was a line in Disneyland to go in to see the sign that had items they were out of didn't say they were out of TP... got all the way to the TP and a woman who was in front of me in line got TWO packs ... the last two. She was by herself the whole time. I was waiting to check out and saw her again paying for her items and I asked someone who worked there how she and a few other members who were ALONE got two packs. They said if they SHARE A MEMBERSHIP WITH SOMEONE THEY CAN BUY TWO. But I was told to do that both members had to be in the store when clearly they had no one with them the whole time. So I left without TP & was told to be here before open or I would never have a chance. Pretty rude. So I wrote in customer service online and they said that isn't the policy and the policy is BOTH members must be present and had emailed the managers to call me. Well 5 minutes later a no caller id number calls me and leaves me a message without a return number and it's a manager. Telling me the rules and what I apparently saw was wrong. NO I SAW WHAT I SAW WHILE STANDING IN LINE FROM OUTSIDE TO THE WHOLE PURCHASE. Be honest you guys are scared for a member to throw a fit and are breaking rules while hurting the community. Thanks read more

I drove for an hour to get here. The website online says they close at 7:00. I arrived at 6:20 and was greeted by some guy who is standing there and said they close at 6:00. He wasn't to rude but definitely not a customer service oriented employee. The website says 7:00 so I called the store and they said those are the holiday hours that were never updated. I am just surprised that such a big company can't keep there online hours updated. Now that I am on Yelp it does say they close at 6:00. But there actual website says 7:00. Yelp has it right but Costco does not. Somebody isn't doing there job right. Only reason I am putting 1 star is because it won't let me post it unless I put a star. It would be great to be compensated somehow for time and gas. Thanks read more
