We went here Saturday to pick up a black stone grill for my husband's birthday. We had Grant going above and beyond to help us find it in the store. He then found another employee Casey, to help us load it on the flatbed cart. We were so happy and pleasantly surprised to find out the grill was 100.00 dollars cheaper than our local Costco in Lake Stevens. It was pouring down rain when we tried to load it. Two very kind and helpful customers helped us load it in the truck. The best experience ever at this location!! Worth the hour drive!!!

The soft, warm and cuddly chocolate chip cookie alone is worth the drive from Vancouver!

What a clean and well-organized Costco. From parking to check out, my wife and I had a great experience. Like other Costco stores, there are sample stations, a food court with cheap hot dogs, and boxes to put your groceries in. Every staff member we met was helpful, especially Shawn H.

This is the brightest, cleanest, newest, most spacious Costco I have ever been in! Items are easy to find, there is enough space between aisles and tables to give people (and their humongous carts) space to traverse, and the food court was empty at dinnertime! There is ample parking, at least at 4:30 on a Wednesday afternoon, and the lot is set up such that no matter where you park, you are an easy walk to the front door. It seems this is also the first Costco I've been to where the entry door is on the right and the exit on the left (but maybe it's just the ones I have been to?). The employees seem to not notice anyone, no smiles, no greetings; even at the checkout counter, the two young men ringing us out had their own conversation about their girlfriends the entire time, stopping only to tell me the total on my bill and continuing. No greeting, no gratitude, nothing. Perhaps more training, less entitlement is needed.

    Gas up time!

I must take this opportunity to say how proud I am of Costco's efforts @ addressing the Covid virus protections for it's members. It is a necessity for those of us who need "supplies" for our homes & families, especially @ this shut down time. The wiping down of the carts, distancing the occupants & gloved cashiers is much appreciated. Controlling the "flow" in store is well handled by a very competent friendly staff; at the door, working the aisles with product as well as spacing at checkout. Must also mention the same is being done @ the fuel pumps which was especially noted and grateful for. THANX to all the staff for your diligence!

The menu depicted various grilled meats and lots of veggies, with rice or noodles, for a reasonable price. (Most everything else at the other places were fried. And I wasn't in the mood for Panda Express). I ordered a teriyaki chicken with minimal rice. This dish cost $5.99 (the cheapest meal offered) and I usually eat 1/3-1/2 of any given meal, anyway. The lady who took my order was friendly but quite the character, with her "wig" of red yarn braided in two large side braids, and the "cook" was a nice guy who was personable enough. My dish was presented in a styrofoam box (even though I said I was going to eat it in the food court there). As for the food itself, I inspected the chicken pieces and they were cooked through and through. There were some veggies (carrots and cabbage, mostly). And, as I requested, I got only a bit of rice. Unfortunately, everything was doused in a teriyaki sauce that I wasn't too keen on (mostly because there was so much of it. But also it just wasn't my cup of tea). I ate 1/3 and threw the rest out. And I felt super queasy and had major GI issues for the next few hours (I'll spare the details but, suffice it to say, it was NOT a fun drive back to Vancouver for me). Other than a Starbucks coffee, this was the only thing I had all day, so the chances are pretty high that this food didn't sit well with me. Not sure if it was me or the food, but I'm not going to take a chance and eat here again.

It's a solid poke bowl and their Thai tea is also super tasty. This spot in Bellis Fair's food court has always felt like such a random place to grab poke, but I'd highly recommend. That being said, it is in the mall, but there is plenty of seating and usually isn't too busy. The service is always great too, each time I have ordered the employees have been very friendly. If you like wasabi I will warn you that the packets they provide have a lot of kick. I love wasabi, and usually the packets don't have too much burn, but the wasabi here will have you coughing if you aren't careful!

FOOD Chicken Tenders & Fries ($8.99): Traveling with a toddler is easier when there's toddler-friendly food. Sure, it's not the healthiest thing on the planet, but there's a reason why this shows up on kids' menus everywhere :). Two of the three pieces we got were moist; the other definitely needed ketchup (which is available in small packets at the counter). The fries are commercially made/frozen, but good. Hamburger ($5.49): It's small for the price, but surprisingly good - and worth the wait in our case. It's basic: mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onions, but it all tasted fresh and the patty was juicy - good choice! === 3. SERVICE While the staff seemed to speak an Asian language, I was pleasantly (and happily) served in English. The wait wasn't long (which is a good thing with an impatient toddler!). === 4. ENVIRONMENT It's the Bellis Fair food court: so it's relatively modern-looking in its dark theme. Groups large and small fit well enough, as do baby strollers and wheelchairs. Parking is available almost as far as the eye can see in the expansive Bellis Fair lot right outside.

Everything tasted the way Korean food should taste. The flavors were balanced and authentic--not overly sweet like so many places tend to do. The kimchi was hands down some of the best I've had in a long time--perfectly ripened with incredible depth of flavor. We ordered the soft tofu soup, rice cake soup, and spicy pork, and every dish was excellent. Comforting, flavorful, and clearly made with care. On top of the food, the service was wonderful. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Please support this lovely restaurant in Bellingham. It's the kind of place you hope stays around for a long time.
