She mentioned putting a bob in it and I turned it down because I wasn't ready for hair that short. Unfortunately, Missy is on vacation this week. Over the years of returning I have had about 5 color jobs I was disappointed with and 1 that made me cry. I asked for a carmel color hair and received black. She then told me there was nothing she could do and that it would fade. I told her I would like it fixed because I asked for caramel and this was certainly not caramel. She continued to insult me, and actually laughed at me, and brought over some co-workers to laugh with her about how ridiculous it was. Then she had me sign a waver saying it wasn't her fault if something happened to my hair because I was being unreasonable. I just couldn't believe what was happening. Yes, mistakes happen in hair. And I understand that. I wasn't mad that it needed to be fixed, I just wanted it to be the color I asked for. The only part that was offensive is the way they handled the whole situation. I will never go back. I'm not one to cry over hair, it's been every color under the sun. It's the way they belittled me. :(
