I am often disappointed, since they seem unprepared for a busy day. Many times there are just a few people working there, and they had to stop each time a new customer entered, to greet them and sign them in. This time was different. There were 6, and it could have been 7, people stationed at the chairs. There was an assistant signing people in and sweeping up between customers. This was the very first time I saw the place running at peak efficiency and it was a welcome sight. I was told that it would probably be 11 minutes until they got to me, a far cry from the hour or more I had experienced previously. I can't say what the exact time was, but I was probably in and out in less that 30 minutes. The previous guy had screwed up my hair, leaving a whole section uncut. When it grew out, one side was excessively long while the other was short. The stylist explained to me that it had been combed over rather than cut. She fixed it efficiently and quickly. A buzz of satisfaction surged through the place. It was a very good experience.

One of the wonderful ladies that cut my sons hair was Ali, she was amazing with him and his hair. Talked to him like a human and not a baby, which I much appreciated. She was very attentive to getting all of his wild hairs and blending his fade. Oh my gosh I don't think I have ever seen his hair cut so wonderfully. My little guy beamed the whole time he was in the chair. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and not just giving him a basic cut! We also had a wonderful experience with another worker there who cut my other toddlers hair. He is a bit finicky with capes and is quite young, but she had amIng patience with him.
