The only place I'll ever go to get my highlights & a hair cut. Cassie is the best at what she does! I recommend booking an appointment ahead of time as it can be a bit of a wait on weekends. BUT it's well worth it. All of the girls here are talented and really nice. Definitely worth it. read more

Had an appointment for today. hair stylists called saying they had to cancel because she was sick and to call back to make a new appointment. Funny thing was the same hair stylist that called me saying she was sick was still there answering phone and told me next available was June 16th. read more

I could give NO STAR! Who says book an appointment and they won't make your ass wait over 20 minutes!? This girl walked in after me and she got seated?! IDGF who walks in, but my appointment is at 12:00 make it accurate not inaccurate! Never again! NO respect or courtesy whatsoever for a customer waited for over 20 minutes!? I'm a nice person and not a b****! I can be a b**** but I'm not going to cross that line and I still tip more than 20%...HAIRDRESSERS needs to learn how to show respect and dignity for once! Great place for an affordable haircut. Prices went up slightly. They now charge you based on the length of your hair. But who can blame them? Long hair is tough! The stylists are fantastic. They are all so pleasant. I've seen a few instances where they dealt with tough clients with grace. I usually see Carmen. She's the best! I've had acquaintances that tell me she's their favorite stylist. I would suggest you book an appointment as walk ins on the weekends can be limited. I moved to Lynn in January. I was driving all the way back to Framingham to get my hair cut, but when my hairdresser couldn't take me on short notice last week, I looked on Yelp for some options in my new town and noticed that Cassie at Cost Cutters was getting some good reviews. She too was already booked up, but when I dropped by the next day, she said she could find time to fit me in. And wow! She gave me a great haircut! This woman knows what she's doing: she is deft and quick with her scissors, and the end result is great! Cassie will talk with you first about what you want, and then she makes it happen. She's also personable, easy to talk to, and very sweet. I'm so glad to have discovered her only a half mile from where I live. read more

Really love this place. I no longer live in Lynn but I still come down here and only here to get my hair cut. Fair prices and I love when Cindy cuts my hair. Does it perfect almost every time. I recommend anyone to come here. I don't normally trust chain hair salons but this one is definitely worth it. read more
