They asked me if I was looking for anything ? I was looking do an eye shadow. Maria P. Walked me back of the section of the of the eye shadow. They didn't have my color which is fine . Maria actually showed the gel eye shadow. I was kind eerie about it .. since I really didn't know if would completely stay on or if it's way to take it away. She told me it's very easy both ways . Also she helped me on nail polish and the faster dry coat. I really appreciated Maria for taking the time to listen & address all of my concerns. She was so understanding ! I noticed they have huge selection on all kinds of beauty stuff such as : all nails stuff, shampoo, conditioner for hair coloring, hair extensions, hair coloring, hair brushing, makeup and much more! Shortly thereafter while I wandered up and down the aisles, trying to find what I'd gone in for, she came over and asked me if I needed any assistance! Wow! Actual customer service. Then she stayed with me as the product I was hoping to find wasn't easy. I really appreciated the assistance while we looked and looked reading label ingredients together. The store was even busy at the time. And the other people were being helped as well. I will definitely go back to get my products from Sally's rather than ordering online.

I had no idea where the baskets were to put some stuff I wanted to buy in (usually staff hand you a basket too). I ended up finding one halfway into looking through the store. The displays and sales are as good as other branches. The sinks were messy with a bunch of hand soaps scattered and lots of paper towels scrunched on the counter (Hard to find the trash cans too). I did still enjoy shopping here however because of how good this chain is.

Other stores jump on you right when you come in and shove a basket down your throat. The staff in Thousand Oaks is helpful without the pressure. They also have a great selection of items. What I want is almost always available. This is my go-to location!!

A few years back, I was actually a Beauty Advisor for Lancôme myself, so I really appreciate great customer service and knowledgeable staff when I see it. All of the employees at Lush are always so happy and grateful to assist the customers that walk through their doors. They have smiles on their faces and are glad to point you in the right direction for all of your gifting and personal needs. The product is all displayed so plentiful, you know exactly what's in stock and available for purchase. And what girl, young lady or woman wouldn't absolutely just this place?? Ok..ok, I know some of those hot topic, goth girls who only wear black on black on black will never be caught dead in a store this colorful, but hey even they like to pamper themselves, even if it's on the down low. (HaHa) In all seriousness, Lush is a wonderful place for all. Products made by hand, allowing those who use their product to feel pampered, refreshed and beautiful is an absolute amazing thing. My wife loves their body conditioners, soaps and bath bombs, so it seems to be the go-to for her stocking stuffers every Christmas.
