I am disabled and deal with this local pharmacy several times a month for pick ups. The staff…read morepretty much knows who I am at this point, and it is a smaller pharmacy than most. But I really need to give credit when it is due! Hatel is a pharmacy technician and she is always so kind, calm and compassionate. I really hope that her management sees this review. The pharmacy can get really busy at times and I have never seen her upset or stressed. She works diligently during those rushes, but seriously, her kindness and compassion are second to none. Sarah is another example of an exemplary employee of Walgreens. She has helped me in the past and been very cheerful and kind. There were a lot of clearance items so she patiently went through my checkout items to confirm that everything was priced correctly, she never made me feel rushed. Just 2 ultimate standout employees that need full recognition for their kindness and their willingness to go above and beyond to help a customer.

It was shocking and humiliating. If testing out a ball one time made him that insanely mad, he should not be working at a store. It felt so completely over the top for what happened. We immediately turned around and walked out. I left feeling really upset about how we were treated. The manager is a tall older Indian man. Such gross behavior, and such a miserable store :(

Their product is so awesome, it is so effective, and also it is affordable and reasonable. I got there the right products for my facial need. All of it is so amazing and cheaper than other stores prices. They have so huge variety of make-up and cosmetics. You can find anything you need and looking for here. Their items has a good quality and worth to purchase. The location of this Kiehl is so easy to find, they are so near to other well-known places around the city, and Kiehl is one of the popular make-up store in the area. Once you visit this place you will absolutely love it and you will going to visit again and again. Their place is very worth visiting. If you have some free time don't hesitate to come over and buy some of their high quality products. Kiehl's Since 1851 is a very perfect place for cosmetics and facial needs. Thank you Kiehl! You are such a gem for all of us. Will definitely go back again soon. Thank you!

Ok, so I am a male and I am making a review of a skin care store. Sue me. I doubt they will yank my…read moremembership in my fantasy football league over it anytime soon. Now with that out of the way, on with the review. I got turned on to this brand based upon a stocking stuffer I got at Christmas and I have been pretty much obsessed with it ever since. All of the products I have tried have been effective to the point of almost being dark Voodoo magic. Whoever the person is that concocts this stuff needs to be given a Nobel Prize immediately. It's truly mind boggling to the point that there is no way I would ever believe it if I did not experience it for myself. The store itself is located conveniently close to one of the entrances at Woodfield. Well, as convenient as anything at Woodfield could possibly be anyway. Just park in the parking lot adjacent to the comedy club and Lord and Taylor. It will be to your immediate left after you walk in that entrance. All of the ladies that work here are total sweethearts, and as you would expect, are quite knowledgeable about the product lines. They also have a good bedside manner for customers like myself. By that I mean they totally get that it is somewhat awkward for a single guy to stop in to discuss skin care. They make it easy. In my case I just told them what my prevailing issues were and let them pick the products for me. This turned out to be a home run. I could speak forever on the products themselves, but I'll keep it brief and just go with the most insane of the bunch in the Midnight Recovery Concentrate. Stop what you are doing and go there to purchase some immediately. I'm dead serious. After you do you are going to kicking yourself that you did not do this sooner. This little blue bottle packs a hell of a punch. It is the skin care equivalent of rubbing on Aladdin's lamp. Don't believe me? Google it and have a read and you will find reviews from thousands of people just like me who are bewildered by it's power. Quite literally the first day after using it my skin was so soft I stood there and rubbed it in front of the mirror for awhile. It also took up a radiant glow that has only intensified with time. People that I encounter day to day began to notice and my previous problems with breakouts disappeared never to return. The only drawback is price, as it's expensive, but worth every penny! The truly cool thing about Kiehl's? The aforementioned blue elixir of the gods is just the tip of the iceberg. You will be upping your grooming game at every turn when you experiment with their other products, and I suppose I would be amiss if I did not also mention the Facial Fuel moisturizer. So there you have it in a nutshell, fellow Yelpers. Now you know what I do. The bottom line is this: If you have a desire for better skin and you have the cash to afford it, this store has the products that deliver. Period.

I sent my husband and he picked up 2 scripts and had zero idea about what they were, just that I told him I was notified and to pick them up. imagine my surprise when one of the prescriptions was for a medicine we reported to them that my Mom was allergic (and was from 6 months ago) and the 2nd was for an inhaler which we was prescribed after having a stroke a year ago. We never filled it!! She didn't need it. So, I called and said they made a terrible mistake and guess what their response was? well, you walked out of the store with them, so too bad. The bags were still stapled! we didn't open them! So, I called Corporate and I'm still waiting after 3 weeks. Listen, take my advice and either find some other pharmacy (they could have killed my Mom) or, make sure they tell you exactly what they filled before you even touch the bags. It's o wonder they are closing Walgreens across the country! who fills a script from 11 1/2 months ago??? What's wrong with the pharmacists? My Mom had a terrible reaction to one of the meds and had to be taken in, and they filled it even after it was documented??? and they won't give a senior back her money??? Run and find a pharmacy with professionals who pay attention and actually care. BTW..this was not during their "rush hour," so there is zero excuse. and while some people might think $100 isn't a lot of money, to a senior that had 2 strokes and lives off of Social security, it is a lot of money. Greedy company that steals from an old sick woman. Shame on you.
