Thanks to her, I went from using an affordable Aveeno moisturizer to a $30+ Korres pomegranate moisturizer that I am now pretty sure I can't live without. It does help that this location doesn't have as much foot traffic. The displays are clean and well-stocked. And the associates aren't too busy or aloof to actually help you if you need it. Although they do not have all of the make-up lines that standalone Sephora stores carry, I've found that the products that I buy most are available here anyway.

He replaced the three frets with vintage Gibson materials - so that the new frets match the old ones. The guitar now stays in tune, and sounds better than ever. Good to know there's a place around where they understand their craft, and are also good to their customers. Nice shop too - a lot of interesting guitars and equipment to check out. He also did a great job on my Larrivee D03 (at a very fair cost), fixing a bridge that was lifting. He also adjusted my K&K pickup on the Larrivee (which was too "hot), so that I now have better control over the volume without the previous feedback problem. They smell great but the body wash is drying, and the lotion isn't very hydrating. The candles though are amazing. They make great gifts, and if the recipient hates it, B&BW will do an even exchange no questions asked. In case you haven't already guessed, the scents often have convoluted names, disappear after one season, and are re-named something else the next season. It's annoying. Last year, "Iced Vanilla Woods" was called "Peace." I was not at PEACE when I couldn't find this scent for awhile. But I'm still going to go back and buy more candles.
