A friend of mine is in cosmetology school and uses one of the brands here. I am forgetting what it is now. But it was nice to see those. And I found my Arctic Fox, Poseidon, and I am very happy! The gal who rang me up was very nice. The second time I came here this week, we were looking for products for my son & his unruly curly hair. He is finally open to doing something with his hair! So the manager walked us around and explained things for his thinning hair. Shampoo and conditioner. And how to use it so it will help his hair stop thinning and grow back thicker. And then she found us a product to put on his hair after shampooing. To help it be more curly. And we got him a hair dryer too with a diffuser. I am hopeful he will watch YouTube videos to see how to work this, and the nice products will help him! Also, we got him a brush. When we got back home, I took out half of the bristles from the brush at the manager's suggestion. And then I put the product on his hair and scrunched it up. His hair looks so much better already. This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a Sephora…read more I came in around 12:30 PM to pick up an online order placed the day before. I told the greeter I was there for pickup and was directed to stand in a line of about 10 people. That alone defeats the entire purpose of ordering online. After I pushed back, she called for help. Another associate came over...only to tell me the exact same thing, to get in line. At that point, I said cancel the order and started to leave. As I'm walking out, she says "you can cancel the order" in a dismissive tone. So I walked back in and asked for the manager. Of course, the person giving the attitude was the manager, Blanca. Instead of resolving anything, she tells me she's busy helping another customer and can't grab my order. Then follows me to the door continuing to explain how busy the store is and that they've had "issues." None of that is the customer's problem. What's wild is that the store was full of associates, yet no one could take 30 seconds to retrieve a prepaid order. No ownership. No urgency. No accountability. I canceled my order with customer service immediately after and will not be returning to this location. If you actually want a seamless experience, go to Tysons Corner, One Loudoun, or Mosaic instead.

I had an emergency issue when we were out of town last week. That dentist referred me to an oral surgeon. I opted to see a surgeon in my own home town of Leesburg. Based on family recommendations, I used this practice. The initial calls and checkin with staff was amazing. They are so professional and responsive and most importantly, so kind and understanding. My surgeon met with me first before the actual procedure since I was undergoing IV sedation. So many things to remember but the important part was the prescription for "Valium" that he agreed to give me. I hate anything dental and I go in kicking and screaming unless I am drugged. I'll come back once I've completed my procedure and healed enough to Followup on my review.

I made my appointment with one of their other locations and on the way there I was contacted that another location, Stone Ridge & Dr. Itani, would be closer for me to go. Dr. Itani was extremely patient and kind. The staff was amazingly supportive, gentle, caring & kind. All of my dental anxiety vanished after Dr. Itani pulled that tooth as it could not be saved. Because of him and my success with finding him/this practice with YELP, I used YELP to also find my new dentist. Just shy of a year later I returned to have this area implanted. Such a great experience again that it is hard to put into words. If you have the worst fear or anxiety please do not hesitate to seek Dr. Itani or this practice out.

But lo and behold, I found this clinic that must have been sent from the heavens, because after being tossed around from doctor to doctor, they're the only ones who have been able to clear my skin! One of the things to keep in mind is that because this clinic is mostly for cosmetic procedures, they do not accept insurance. I must admit, I was a little bit skeptical when they said they don't accept insurance, but I'm so glad I gave them a try or else I would've missed this gem. Every penny I paid had been worth it. I was assessed by Dr. Hayre (the dermatologist), and she prescribed me some topicals as well as an oral medication. She also recommended I do isolaz once a week, which I have been doing regularly. Ratana does my isolaz treatments each week, and she is fantastic! I always look forward to the appointments with her, she's so fun to talk to and is super gentle with the treatment and the extractions (which usually hurt so bad!!). I also have to thank them for being so accommodating toward me. My job is very hectic and sometimes I end up having to stay longer than expected, which makes it hard for me to make it to appointments on time sometimes. Every time this has happened the front desk has been nothing but patient and work hard to make sure that I can make it. They're amazing! Bottom line: if you want amazing skin, COME HERE!

But Id already made an appt., or so i'd thought. Was offered appointment on Wed. morning - pay $125 for consult, of which only $50 can go for a skin product or procedure; told maybe a procedure could even be done same day. Okay! ready for that with some questions. Showed up early to fill out paperwork and pay, credit card in hand, & had emailed them ahead (now they are claiming they notified me ahead of time that doc. was not in on Weds., but then then their internet was down yeah) only to be told doc. is never in on Wednesdays. Well, then why was i offered that appt. on Wed. morning? Total BS. Receptionist is having is conversation in back room in Spanish. Receptionist looks a lot like the on-line photo of the doc. Just say'n. Total BS. Something fishy going on. Hay, I'm in a business where clients are "no shows", so I totally get it, but do you really think I am confident in these people sticking needles into my face?
