Well I told her I dyed my hair with a bleach box and then waited two days later to dye my hair and I was a copper color. So I gave Cynthia a color I was wanting to achieve and I did! Omg I love it. She gave me instructions on how to do the process and which bleach, toner, and pink dye I should do to achieve my color I wanted. Thank you Cynthia!!!! I had difficulty finding them so I had to ask an employee. This very nice lady helped me out, and she asked me why I picked this specific product. I told her in a fast-paced voice that 2 years ago, I almost got into a car accident because this sunscreen I had dripped into my eyes and I almost got into a car accident while picking up my brother from school. Thank god nothing disastrous happened! I told her that when I tried out the RoundLab sunscreen, my sweat somehow didn't make the sunscreen drip into my eyes. She was glad to hear that I, along with my car, was totally fine. She showed me where it was, and I found the sunscreen I was looking for. I then brought up the UV sunscreen in stick version. She looked it up on the phone, and I found it. She then points where the stick version was. Happily got two but decided to return the 45+ spf version. The stick version was so easy and clean for me to use. It felt like heaven on my face. I asked the cashier lady about Elvira and if she still works here. Unfortunately Elvira doesn't work at this location anymore. Pretty sad since I planned to ask her to layer and cut my hair for my 2027 graduation. But no worries, I decided to find another one.

I accidentally left my Gucci sunglasses behind while I was rushing to get ready for a concert. The woman who serviced me actually called me and left a voicemail letting me know that I had left my sunglasses behind and that she would place them at the front register for me to pick up. The very next day, I called to let them know I was on my way to pick them up. I was told that they had no knowledge of any sunglasses being left behind and that they would need to speak with a manager to see if she knew anything about them. I was told I would receive a call back, but I never did. I called again the following day. This time, the manager was available, but I was told they needed to speak with the woman who serviced me because she was the only person who would know where the sunglasses had been left. About a week later, I called again to ask whether anything had been found. I was told there were no sunglasses and that the only thing they could do was call me if they happened to turn up. Please explain to me how someone can CALL ME and leave me a voicemail specifically telling me that they have my sunglasses, only for those sunglasses to suddenly disappear? At this point, I strongly believe that it's not just about the sunglasses -- it's about the principle and the way this situation was handled. I gave them multiple opportunities to locate my belongings and resolve the situation, yet I received no real explanation or resolution. I am now working with their corporate office because, while this may seem like a small incident, it's the principle that matters. Customers should be able to trust that their personal belongings will be returned when they are left behind, especially when an employee has already confirmed that they found them. My advice: DO NOT leave valuables behind at this location, and be extremely cautious about leaving personal belongings unattended while receiving a service here. What happened to me has completely changed my level of trust in this business.

Kiels usually has a good sale going on and, when you bring in your empty products, you get points towards future products. Today, I purchased over $200 of products but, with my 30% member discount and the 500 points I've earned, my cost was $109 out the door.
