I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes in the wait room. If you have a question, you send a message in your portal and you get an answer back immediately, even if to say "a nurse will call you this afternoon" if it's not an immediate need. Everything is so efficient and so easy it's like autopilot working with them. The office itself is beautiful and clean and any amenities you need. Second off, everyone on the staff is so nice. They felt like my friends and sisters cheering me on. They are very thorough and consistent and always explain things and give you a chance to ask your questions. Lastly, dr Amin was amazing. I felt like I was with a pro who has seen it all and can navigate with you whatever comes up. I found them through a friend who had the same great experience and will be sure to send any other friends that are looking for reproductive help their way.

While I wish Dr. Amin could continue to be my doctor through the entire pregnancy, their practice transitions patients to a prenatal specialist after week 10. However, they ensure that all necessary documents are shared with your future doctor for a smooth handover. I left feeling grateful! Her finance team is very thorough and provides upfront estimates, which helps in understanding the financial costs involved. The front desk staff is also helpful. I came here on 12/14/25 and 03/19/26. They tried to report my negative review and block me from…read moremaking any new reviews. That's shady af. The last few times I've come here I haven't gotten what I've needed out of the appointment. I suffer from recurring UTIs. I asked for UTI testing and they didn't provide a wipe so I wasn't able to get accurate results. So I tested positive and wasn't sure if it was a false positive. The PA literally said "do you want the antibiotics or not" rather than repeat the testing for accuracy, which is medically irresponsible since antibiotics shouldn't be given unless testing is accurate. Her attitude was awful! Because of this experience, I had to go to another clinic the next day, so I literally just wasted my time coming to Planned Parenthood. I ended up testing negative so I would've been taking antibiotics for NO reason and building up an antibiotics resistance. I came back again some months later and this time they flat out refused UTI testing bc I had written something else on the check in form. I didn't think I needed to list every detail of my reason for visit! They're nice but they seem only interested in pregnancy and STI testing. The PA insisted we did a Pap smear instead of the UTI test I wanted and I've had Pap smears done painlessly before but she was very rough and it was actually painful. It literally felt violating since I didn't want it and it was so rough. I think it's weird that we couldn't do a UTI test because I hadn't written it on my check-in form, but we could somehow suddenly do a Pap Smear that I didn't even ask for or want. It makes me think they are financially motivated to do Pap smears versus UTI tests. Refusing a UTI test that I was asking for seems medically negligent to me. They also take a long time to see you. I won't be coming back here again. The quality of care has declined noticeably throughout the 8 years I've been coming here and I'm tired of wasting what little time in the day I have on a clinic that treats me poorly and doesn't give me the answers I need
