Of course I failed to write her name down and I knew I would forget, so to the sweet woman who helped color match me with the PUR tinted moisturizer - thank you!!! She was so kind and helpful, and made sure that I knew the exact shade and number/name that worked best for me with that line. Of course, they were all sold out and unfortunately, they were sold out online too. However, the woman working behind the counter was kind enough to tell me which other nearby locations still have it in stock. If you're a PUR fan like me, run - don't walk - to Ulta as their entire product line is 50% off right now but in-store only! I was sad to learn that my other favorite plant based line, Juice Organics, is no longer sold at Ulta.

When I entered the store, I was greeted appropriately and offered assistance. A tall African American male employee was especially professional, friendly, respectful, and attentive without being pushy. That level of service was appreciated. The issue occurred at checkout. I was not greeted at all and had to pause to confirm it was okay to approach the register. The cashier, identified on my receipt as Iris (she was short, with long dark hair, and wearing a black sweater), showed clear annoyance from the start. There was no eye contact, no greeting, and no basic customer-service interaction such as asking if I found everything I needed. She grabbed my items, threw them into the bag carelessly, and threw the bag across the counter toward me instead of handing it to me even though my hand was out to receive the bag. She did not say thank you or acknowledge me in any way. The behavior was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. For context, I was wearing a Nike sweatsuit and a baseball cap while. How a customer is dressed should never determine the level of respect they receive. This interaction made it very clear that assumptions were being made, and that is not acceptable. Ulta is a customer focused brand, and this type of behavior at the register undermines that reputation. Management should address this immediately, because no customer should leave feeling disrespected after making a purchase.

I'm currently halfway through a 6-session DMK Enzyme Therapy treatment, following a full-face and neck Dysport session, and the results are remarkable--my "turkey neck" has improved 100%, and my skin looks and feels better than it has in years. I've added DMK products like Aminodine, Super Serum, and Seba-E Hydrating Oil to my routine, and I plan to expand to other products each month as budget allows. These products, paired with expert care, have elevated not just my appearance, but also my mental well-being--I genuinely feel happier and more confident. I arrived at 10:16, just one minute later, and was told the 10:30 AM client had arrived early and would be taken before me. There was no empathy, no eye contact, and no effort to make me feel welcomed or valued. When I asked, "So I'm being punished for being one minute late?" no one offered a real response. they do not even use numbing cream for the treatment. I left feeling completely dismissed and disrespected. I canceled my membership immediately and was charged a $45 cancellation fee due to a six-month minimum commitment. That might be in the policy, but considering how poorly the situation was handled, it felt very unfair. I understand the importance of punctuality, but the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy here was unacceptable. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone expecting respectful and compassionate care.
