Prior to seeing Dr. Hoffman, my son and I had made several visits to the pediatrician because he had been sick for 5 weeks. We had seen 4 doctors who were unable to diagnose him or help him, one of whom had misdiagnosed him and put him on the wrong meds. Dr. Hoffman really helped my son by listening to us and his symptoms. By thinking outside the box (differently from the other doctors we'd seen), and ordering the appropriate tests, he was able to get the right diagnosis, and give him the proper treatment to get him on the right track towards healing! My son is much better now --Dr. Hoffman is wonderful!!

Since he did not do a closed reduction (reset) of my nose soon after injury, I now I have a bone that has healed out of place and have to wait months to have surgery to fix. Could've been done in the office. Now I have to get insurance to work with someone else and have my face cut open. He later wanted to do a valve procedure that "might" alleviate some of the breathing issues, but again never looked at images. When scheduler contacted about the procedure there was a discrepancy about which (correction vs this thing) should be first. I then contacted other providers who immediately asked, do you have images? Got 2nd opinion and an actual thorough exam that is not suggesting the nasal valve and indicated other issues. Both visits with Dr Hoffman were rushed liked he had somewhere else to be. Very unfortunate because the staff were very nice and helpful. The pamphlet deal made it feel like a slick used car salesman. I give 4 stars because of the staff. I give zero stars to the Doctor, and I give 2 stars to their 3rd party billing that still hasn't fixed the pre-approved insurance billing, but at least they aren't calling me about the bills yet. So that's an average of 2 stars. Really regret seeing this provider and the 40 minute one-way drives made it even worse. I don't like trashing people; however, posting this review so that others don't have same experiences that I did.

First, I will say that everyone is super nice. But, maybe super fake nice…read more I had breast augmentation in November of 2023. I was a very small A. I sent in several pics of the way I wanted them to look. I was shown through the implants how they WOULD look. I specifically said I did not want the "far apart" look where I would have to always wear a push up bra. I then had to spend time and money with a hematoma I developed. I did everything I was told. Then I was told they weren't looking larger because they would drop. Etc, etc. spent thousands to have to just go back and still wear the same size bra and swimsuits and have to use a push up- which I was doing anyway. There is no difference in my $60 bra of October 2023 and my $7K boobs from November 2023 when you look at pics. I went back in because I literally cry thinking of what I spent and went through almost daily for NOWHERE near the result I wanted. In order for anything to change I would have to spend another TEN thousand dollars I was told. Most exciting decision of my adulthood turned into the biggest regret of my life. I hate writing reviews, esp because they are nice ladies... but nice would have been making it right as I was told over and over again in the beginning how important that "is to them" and their "commitment to excellence"... if I could go back to the morning of and walk out, I would 1,000%.

I did my research and shared my expectations and Dr Davoudi ensured me I could look like I did before. He showed me pictures of worse bodies so I felt confident he could achieve my results. Dr Davoudi did my tuck and lipo and from the moment I removed my bandages I knew it wasn't right. Toni and the doctor kept saying it's swelling. My bandages reveled blood and imperfections and the scar opened up and created a huge whole. He called it skin loss but I had to keep asking them why it was not healing right and they said give it a year. I wore the 2xs waist trainer for a year. My tummy never got flat. My scar is a mess. I look three months pregnant. Still weighing under 130 at 5'6. The entire year I reached out to the office. They ignored me and told me to wait. I waited. I work out. Barley eat. I went to see him a year later and he said I need to work out to achieve a flat tummy. He said I need to work out to tighten my core. He said he did his job and it's my fault. I stand there thin and hungry and just cry. Toni wouldn't even look at me. She stood their with a crazy look. She won't respond to my text. And the office ladies looked at me like a lab rat. Now I have to find a new surgeon and start over. I really hate him for destroying my body. I hate Toni for not saying a word. I blame myself for paying 10k to look the same as I did but worse.

BEWARE This review has been a long time coming...I had a…read moretummy tuck, lower back liposuction and breast augmentation by Dr. Davoudi December of 2021. The post-op care I received was pitiful. You don't see your surgeon until your 3 MONTHS follow up. Up until then you deal with his nurse who is seriously over worked. I know many places where that is not common practice. My hips swole up so massive that my skin developed giant blisters (I now have scars from) and when I text the office with my concern I received this response "it's because you let the lipo pads touch your skin", which I didn't. I was BLACK AND BLUE from my waist to my knees. Many people who had this procedure before assured me this wasn't normal but lets say it is-the bed side manner I was met with was heart breaking and scary for me. I would be glad to provide pictures to any one curious but they're too gory to post. At my 3 month follow up he was so behind and rushed and didn't take hardly any time with me or ask how I felt post-op, or about my care I received-just nothing. I'd also like to point out that he told me in my consultation I would be under 4-4.5 hours it ended up being 5.5 hours because he was having complications with one breast (the one that is now bigger). Finally at my 3-month checkup I told him I felt one breast, and nipple, was larger than the other. He said, "that's just the swelling, lets give it till 9 months post-op and see how things look". Okay that's fine, I guess. I left this appt. in tears because I had never felt so bad about how I was treated through a process before. Well 10 months post-op and it's still the same, so I call to schedule an appt and I was told it would be a $100 consultation fee because I haven't been seen in 6 months (but he told me to wait!); I understand the reasons doctors' offices have this policy but really? I paid this office over $21,000 in CASH and I have to pay for a visit to address an issue for the lack of quality in his work? I was going to pay it just to see what he would have to say but then she said I needed to pay over the phone before hand and I said forget it. The lack of consideration the staff possess is mind boggling. The day of my pre-op (which he isn't even there for), I didn't feel good about the staff because they didn't hold a high standard of professionalism and I should have listened to my gut then, but I was so eager and excited for my transformation. They cram his schedule so that he can make as much money as possible in a day and taking care of patients is very low on the priority list. This is a plastic surgeon, he isn't being paid by insurance, he's being paid very well (a lot of times in cash) to provide a service and he, and his whole staff, couldn't care less about you. His office is just a revolving door of how many customers he can see in a day. The only nice thing I can say is that at my 3-month follow up I requested some Botox, and gave me one syringe free since I had been waiting 45 minutes past my appt time to see him. If you've read this review this far, I'm glad and please take my advice...if you want a surgeon who cares for you, and is hands on, with a friendly staff do not go here. Today, I have one breast/nipple larger than the other, but my tummy is tighter, and he was able to get rid of a lot of my mommy stretch marks so I will give him that. Also, since he does surgeries at Northside, you pay his fee, and the operating room fee, which for 5.5 hours cost over $5,000. It is a comfort already being in the hospital so if something goes wrong but just a heads up and if he goes over the time he estimates and you pre-paid for the hospital will be calling you within a few days for their money.

Review for Dr. Connors' Office…read more I've always had a positive experience with Dr. Connors himself--he made me feel valued as a patient, and I appreciated the care I received during and after my procedure. I entrusted this office with my surgery and spent nearly $20,000 expecting a high level of professionalism and follow-through. Unfortunately, my recent experience regarding post-surgical care has been deeply disappointing. I was referred to the office's laser technician for help with scarring. At my first appointment, I waited over two hours without being seen and eventually had to leave. I gave it another chance and returned for a second appointment--this time I waited over an hour and a half before I was finally seen. The technician was polite and told me there would be no charge for that visit, and that I should return for a follow-up to assess healing and decide on next steps. However, when I called to schedule that follow-up, I was told there was a note on my file stating that the service would cost $150. The sudden change of communication was frustrating--not because of the fee itself, but because it reflects a lack of integrity and consideration for someone who has invested a significant amount of time, money, and trust in this practice. As much as I hesitate to say this, I cannot ignore how I felt during this experience. I did not feel respected or treated equitably. It left me with the impression that patients of color may not be valued the same way as others in this office. For that reason, I will no longer be a client of Dr. Connors' office, and I will not be recommending the practice to others.

Dr Connors did an incredible and painless job with Sculptra in my temple area. That alone has made me look 10 years younger. Dr Hart has done my Botox injections in my neck. On the very first treatment it significantly reduced the prominence of the "tree rings" I have had on my neck for more than 3 decades. Carey Dickerson has skillfully performed microneedling with the application of Sculptra to my face and neck. The results have been remarkable. She creates just enough trauma to the skin without going overboard. She is so knowledgeable about all the latest treatments. I can highly recommend this practice.
