Staff was very rude, unfriendly. I get it's early, but the first impression in an office is the front desk. It is extremely important that you aren't made to feel like you're impositioning them by showing up for a scheduled appointment. Another suggestion would be to get insurance information before your appointment, which would expedidite things. So I didn't have a physical card, so was asked to emaii them. After 20 minutes, I went back up and asked if they got my email, and she simply nodded her head. Another ten minutes later, she calls me up to say she can't open my email. So more time wasted, and I'm trying to get her back to school and me to work. We saw the assistant, and she couldn't crack a smile if she wanted to. I expected a more warm personality for a child. She just stared at her, then told her to try a cream at night but that it might break her out so to take Doxycycline if she does, but said that was not needed, but later said she needs to take it and with food. I was so confused, like did you want her to take it or not. Then she also recommended a face cream for my daughter, and then later said her face was oily and she didn't need any extra moisture, so I was like, did you want her to use face cream or not, and she said well you can or you don't have to. Well thank you for the really informative session with you. I cannot get this time back, nor my money, but I can sure control on where to not recommend you go, and that is this place.

I was in shock and his staff got me right in to see him. He was personable, and knowledgeable. He understood that I wanted to get the surgery over with, and again he got me right into surgery in two days. At every step, Dr. Petrofski took time out of his busy day to answer all of my questions and that of my family. I cannot say enough good things about him. This was my first surgery ever and it went great without any issues. He followed up and treated me like a family member. He cared. Actually his entire staff went out of their way to assist me and my family members with any and all questions. When my Oncologist recently ordered another colonoscopy, I got right in for an appointment. The office was full but he fit me in. Dr. Petrofski knew I was nervous and again got me immediately on the colonoscopy schedule for two days later. I never had to wait for results. Everyone was very thorough and always put me at ease. In summary, Dr. Petrofski and his staff went above and beyond to take care of me.

Went in for a consultation two weeks prior and Heather was very thorough and explained how the process works with the Diolaze laser and how many treatments you need, what you should do before and after, as well as which hair works better on etc. She was very professional and made me comfortable throughout the whole process. The cooling component with the laser made it almost completely pain-free in my opinion, and it was super fast last time than I expected.
