Selected this location based on Yelp reviews. With respect to location, inventory, price and customer service, I agree with past reviews - this is a superb place. The reason I didn't give a perfect score is because they don't provide in-house alterations. I will need to have the suits tailored elsewhere, which I find a little unusual and inconvenient. It may not matter to you. I was helped by Margarita, who was very sweet and intuitive. She quickly knew the designs, cuts and colors that worked for me. In fact, she encouraged me to consider one suit that I was initially reluctant to try, but it ended up being my favorite color. There was no up-sell. In fact, the suit she suggested was less than a very-reasonably priced Calvin Klein suit I had been earlier considering. I found Margarita to be very competent and genuinely helpful. She new all of my measurements without measuring, which reminded me of my high-school shop teacher who could always mark off a perfect inch by eye. I've purchased about 20 work-suits in the last 10 years, so I have a pretty good sense of what to expect in terms of cost and quality. The no-haggle price here was as good as I've gotten anywhere else - even with haggling. I received very good quality / value for the money. I walked out with 3 very nice suits (one of which was DKNY), for about $750. [They stock less expensive suits and more expensive suits also]. The total price included nice ties, belt and socks. I will probably need to spend about $150 for alterations, but I won't need to find color-coordinated ties, which I would have done otherwise. A wash. Overall, an excellent experience. This place is off the charts! The store looks rather small from the street, especially being nextdoor to the very large Porto's bakery, but had quite the space. Their are so many hidden gems in this store. Not to mention, the service was absolutely incredible!! I'm 6'3, and work in hospitality so it's mandatory that I always look good. Honestly, never going anywhere else, I wish I knew about this place before I went to men's wear house. Went to men's wear house a month and half before my wedding and it was supposed to be ready and good to go, but as days got closer they messed up my dads suit, they told me they wouldn't get the tux for my best man and I, they messed up by ordering my best man the wrong shoe size, they messed up giving me a size 8 and 9.5 and asked me "what's wrong with them" when I showed them the shoes, but hey, Alina and her mom saved the day. They ordered my suit on Tuesday(the day men's wear house told me they can't get it) got it on Thursday, tailored and ready to party by Friday. Thank you guys!!! My fiance and I shopped here just this afternoon and we were both very impressed! We've been planning our wedding since last September, and I tell you, this shopping experience at Giorgio Cosani has been THE BEST PART so far :) Alina and Shaunt are outstanding. Walked in Margarita greeted me when I entered, I told her what I was looking for and my size. She pulled out the perfect suit for me. Quality of the suit was very good 98% wool 2 % cashmere.. very good material. Honestly the only problem I had was parking .... the parking lot in the back was packed so I had to park about 2 blocks down, but not a big deal. Well I do not know anything about the 3 suits for $300 deal but I have been going here for a very long time and I am pleased with the quality of their brand name suits. The nice thing about them is that their carry the major brand products at somewhat reasonable prices and the lady working there is very knowledgeable in finding the right cut suit for men. Being that I have a busy schedule, I can count on being able to purchase two or three suits and still be out in less than one hour. They also work with a tailor shop which is located within walking distance to their store and he charges a reasonable fee for alterations which is always a plus. Definitely worth checking out if you are into buying quality brand name suits that will only cost you a few hundred each as opposed to much more at other places. read more

I walked in needing a new suit for a function, not knowing what color or style. The store has a great selection of quality suits and shirts, many of which fit my style of a slim fit. Mike was extremely helpful in assisting me in picking out a great suit and several shirts. He then worked out a good deal for me. When I got home and found the suit was a bit shorter than my liking, they called the Pasadena store and had a different size brought in the next day for me to trade out. I went here with my husband to get some new suits for work. We took a chance, and tried Giorgio Cosani, after being meh about suit outlets and chain places like Joseph A. Bank. So glad we tried them! We got a lot better quality suits for the same price we paid at outlets/chains. We also had a better selection of suits, in more modern styles for our budget. I can't say enough about the customer service. Margarita was so kind and knowledgeable!! We went on a weekday morning, and she had time to coordinate the shirts, ties and belts that came free with our suits! Not to mention that the stuff we had special ordered came super quick. In fact, one of the suits we wanted ended up not being available in the color we wanted, and Margarita upgraded us to a better suit for the same price. My fiance has given me the reigns of what-ever-you-want-honey when it comes to style for the wedding. He's a anything goes kind of guy but I'm picky enough for both of us. At the same time, we are young and on a budget. My fiance and I even so had in mind a very specific style which we were not finding elsewhere that was rather old fashioned. After checking out outlets in Hollywood and Pasadena and coming up short, I wanted to check out Glendale as it is where I grew up so I know it pretty well. This place is right next to Porto's (which is tempting enough reason to visit) which made it easy to find even though it's a small store front. Alina helped us right away and was so pleasant. She informed us that this style we were looking for was pretty hard to find in stores for the fact that it was old fashioned. So we tried the closest they had which was a more contemporary look. We weren't completely sold until they took us to the front and paired it with shoes and shirt and the right tie and my fiance's eyes lit right up and I knew he'd found a suit he'd love to wear on our day. It makes him happy and I love that. The customer service is superb. They helped us get a deal on two more suits the next day for our Best Man and one of my attendants who needed a suit. Alina was so helpful finding suits in the same color park but not too matchy-matchy so we had a kind of mix and match feel. The price is doable if you go with their deals. We definitely priced up with some of the upgrades though because liked them so much and most of these boys wanted some accessories that would last longer than just the wedding. I'd say is it's very contemporary suits styles, so if you are looking for something else, this might not work for you, but we still found three beautiful suits we love so it's definitely worth a try all the same and the customer service is fantastic. I have to wear suits to work, so you can imagine the abuse they get on a daily basis. Being and outside sales rep, my job takes me all across Los Angeles and in almost every environment. I love the fact that I can walk in and pick up a suit for $109 out the door!!!! You can't beat that. If you want the higher quality or more popular designs, the price increase but not by much. I won't shop in the downtown garment districts because I can come to Giorgio Cosani and pick up a couple of suits and be out the door before the 15 minutes are up on the parking meter. Like several other reviewers, I started out going to a different place nearby, called Glendale Suit Gallery. The employees at that location were rude and negligent and unhelpful. It was incredibly disappointing, and they missed out on over $580 of business from us. Anyway, after that dismal experience, we walked across the street to this smaller establishment, and it was night and day better. This place offered us outstanding service and excellent deals. We came in on a Sunday afternoon and were helped by Margarita who was incredibly attentive, interactive, and helpful. We were interested in purchasing 3 suits for groomsmen for a wedding and so we went with the excellent deal of 3 suits for $300 (also including belts, socks, shirts, and ties). Margarita helped us choose the best suits and offered suggestions, but was not pushy in any way. We also ended up purchasing 2 additional suits, and other accessories and shoes. Their selection was quite large for the size of store. There are huge rows of suits of all different sizes and colors, and when they don't have the right sizes, they can be ordered for just a few days wait. Additionally, they offer very affordable tailoring at a location nearby. I can't recommend them highly enough! read more
