2016 Honda Pilot

Andrew was amazing to work worth. He was attentive to what we were looking for in a vehicle and offered top notch customer service. I highly recommend Andrew for your next vehicle purchase.

I had been there once before for a couple recalls and for transmission fluid. That visit was decent, nothing to write home about. However my visit last week has left me saying I'll never go back, even if it means I have to take a longer drive somewhere to have Honda specific service done. I went in around 4:30pm, because the day prior I woke up to a flat tire, and wanted to get it looked at to see if it was repairable, and what my options were from there. The service advisor, Justin, was very nice and helpful, even making sure I felt confident in the work being done. First, the technician looked for leaks using water and soap: said he found nothing. He put the tire back on my car, drove it around a bit, and checked again: still no leaks seen. He told me it looked good to go, ran it through the wash and came back saying the tire dropped 10psi very quickly. At that point I was given two options: put the spare back on temporarily or take the tire off and look for interior damage. I had already been waiting for a little over an hour so I chose the second option. The technician again came back saying no damage was found inside the tire either, but it appeared to magically be holding air again so it could have been a issue with the tire not sitting on the rim correctly. I felt they exhausted the options, was charged nothing, and thanked the gentlemen leaving the dealership at 6:30pm. The psi for the tire read 2 lower than the rest, but by the time I drove a mile it went down 7 more. I parked, and found the hole in my tire very quickly as it was loud enough to hear the air coming out. I drove back but the service employees all had left as the department closed...at 6:30 how convenient. I spoke to a sales manager who assured me he would have a talk with the service manager in the morning and to expect a call from him right away. Nothing come 8:30am the next day so I called and left a voicemail for the service manager. Didn't hear anything by 12:45 so I called and the receptionist paged him to ensure he would be available for my call. The service manager was not truly sympathetic for my situation; encouraging me to come the following week as they are very busy on Fridays and Saturdays. I felt that the least they could do would offer for me to use their shuttle and that they could get my car completed by the end of the day. Instead, the call left me feeling as though there would be no assurance my negative experience would be rectified. While most of the employees have been very sympathetic, their service manager has terrible customer service and the technician clearly didn't know what he was doing as the hole was clearly visible into the sidewall of my tire. I took my business to Dakota tire, where all four tires were replaced in an hour and the service was top notch!

Terrible customer service. They don't explain everything to you when asked. Beware when trading in your lease!

They offered lower than blue book value and were fair in negotiating a price for our trade-in.

Two-Part Review - Sales & Service…read more This is a two-part review based on my experience purchasing a 2021 TRD Pro in June 2024 and my ongoing service experience. Sales Experience (4/5) When I came in, I knew exactly what I wanted. The truck had only been on the lot for about a day, and I came prepared with a significant amount down. I thought that might help with negotiating, but eagerness + a rare model doesn't exactly create leverage. Lesson learned. Financing and management were solid. The salesperson was newer and didn't know much about the truck, so I ended up educating him a bit. No hard feelings -- everyone starts somewhere -- but as most people know, buying a vehicle isn't usually anyone's favorite process. Overall, I'd call sales a 4 out of 5. Service Experience (5/5) This is where they've really earned my business. I purchased the prepaid service package and have been consistently impressed. I'm now around 70,000 miles. They've made recommendations when appropriate but have never pushed unnecessary upsells. Oil changes are typically done in about 30 minutes, communication is strong, and they even send technician walk-through videos explaining what they're seeing. One visit stood out -- after an oil change, I had barely left when they called to say they noticed a small amount of oil where my truck had been parked and wanted to double-check everything. I turned around immediately. It ended up being minor residual oil from service, but the fact that they were proactive enough to call before I even made it home said a lot. Most recently, Hunter in service was excellent -- clear communication, honest discussion about what needed to be done now versus later, and he even honored most of a prior 15% service promotion after checking with management. And a huge shoutout to Larry, one of their senior technicians. I mentioned a small bumper issue while the truck was on the lift. He set expectations properly and said he didn't want to risk causing more damage. When I came back to pick it up, they had fixed it anyway -- no extra charge. That's under-promise and over-deliver. Sales was solid. Service has been exceptional. I'm currently considering purchasing a second vehicle -- possibly a BMW M4 or Z4 with the inline-six platform shared with the Toyota Supra. Living in Fargo, we don't have a BMW dealership locally, so service matters. The fact that I'm seriously considering a $50,000 used vehicle partly because I trust this service team to potentially help support it says everything. That level of confidence doesn't happen by accident

After costing me over 500 dollars in a variety of repairs, 1600 miles in, the tranny let go. Earlier The Same Day I Bought my 08 Subaru Impreza from Nick's Auto, I decided to check out a Subaru legacy at Corwin Toyota. I have rarely seen costumer service that was this bad. I was promised a test drive by two separate salesmen and the car wasn't even in their possession yet. They said they were waiting for that persons new car they were trading it in for, to come in. I then said goodbye... The minute my dad and I walked into Nick's Auto we felt welcome. the Subaru I wanted to test drive was sitting boxed in by a few cars because they were plowing the lot. As soon as I explained who I was and which car I was interested in they started moving the cars that were in the way. The test drive went great and I loved the car. When I Got back The sales guy was helping another family with all of the purchasing paperwork for a really nice car with almost as good of a deal as I got. He apologized for the wait, I was happy to wait because of just how polite he is. When My paperwork stared, I found out I was short because (due to MN law) I needed to pay for registration/plates up front. I needed just under $6,000 for everything included and I told him that with the money I didn't plan on spending I had just under $5,800. He decided that with the little crack in the windshield, the fact that it needed an alignment and a little personal Generosity. He would come down $200 from $5,500 to $5,300 which was awesome but I was still short by $70 so he did me another solid and knocked off one the purchasing fees involved. Now I LOVE this car but the service I received throughout this purchase has me already recommending Nick's Auto to everyone I know. -Thanks Guys

On January 22, 2026, I leased a 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn, VIN 1C6SRFFT3TN212585. I spent the better part of a day at the dealership. The vehicle was listed on their website at $56,044 eight days before I signed. The agreed vehicle value in my signed lease contract is $64,299.83. That is a $8,255 difference. Using the standard lease formula, the math works out to $221.37 per month in overcharge and $8,633 over the 39-month lease term. I have the archived listing with my VIN confirmed. I have the signed contract. The numbers are not ambiguous. At no point during the transaction was the selling price discussed or presented as negotiable. When I raised this concern with the sales manager, I received a voicemail citing the adjusted capitalized cost as the sale price. Those are separately defined line items in the Consumer Leasing Act Disclosures on page 1 of the contract. They are not the same number. I sent a formal letter with supporting documentation to the General Manager and the President of Corwin Automotive Group via email and USPS certified mail on March 12, 2026, requesting a response by March 20, 2026. No satisfactory response was received. I have since filed a complaint with the North Dakota Attorney General's consumer protection division. I have also shared this experience with local consumer media. I have no complaint about the truck itself. I love the truck. My complaint is about a transaction where the selling price was never disclosed, a documented discrepancy of $8,633 was responded to with misrepresented contract terms, and good faith attempts to resolve it were ignored. If you are considering leasing or purchasing here, know your numbers before you walk in. Understand the difference between MSRP, agreed vehicle value, and adjusted capitalized cost. Do not assume the price on their website is the price in your contract. And save everything.
