I personally like the feel of a women empowered medical office. They truly want to get to know you and your medical history! They won't stop til they have answers and your input! If your looking for a Rheumatologist than look no further. They'll send you for any medically necessary tests and review test results with you in office or over the patient portal. They respond to your voicemails within 48 hours unless your a new patient and then it would probably be longer. Discovered Rheumatology Wellness Center in 2017 and will be here for a long time. Remember they are flexible as to your medical treatments moving forward. If your looking for a relaxing and calm office setting this is your place!

As you may have read before on reviews of mine that when it comes to Doctors one of the things I insist on in my or my families physicians is Compassion and Knowledge and this practice has that in Spades. Dr. O'Neil is amazing, she was able to effectively diagnose and start appropriate treatment for an issue that has just recently cropped up in a family member. So starting off, the office has a calm, peaceful vibe. Its not just the staff, the colors are muted and pastel, the music in the waiting room is calm, the staff is welcoming and the waiting room has something you almost never see in a doctors office: comfortable furniture. The Nurses and the Doctor herself are top notch also. My family member went in with a migraine brewing to a visit, and the nurses made the room dark as soon as they were done with triage and spoke quietly out of concern. The Doctor offered acupuncture (normally something they charge for) to stop it in its tracks. Now I don't know if I ever believe that stabbing yourself with thin needles is spots is a cure for anything, but within 10 minutes she felt the pressure diminish and within 15 minutes the pain was gone. This is just ancillary service btw, the actual issue that brought my family member in was nailed immediately and a proper course of treatment was started right away and that, I might add, started reversing much of the Symptomology immediately. If you have an issue that requires a Rheumatologist I highly recommend this practice.

If you're on the phone with someone for an hour, that's a long call. If it's more like 2 minutes,…read morethat's a short call. But what if it's roughly 17 minutes? Now that's what I would describe as a medi-cal. I've been in here so many times, usually to see Doctor DaSouza, or to bring my friend to see DaSouza. I've spent way too many hours in this building in the last few years. Other than DaSouza, there are others I've dealt with in this building who are not so friendly, and most of the services are expensive, so it loses one star for that. This is a typical, clean, conveniently-located medical complex with all kinds of doctors and offices inside. The only reason I'm reviewing it, let alone so enthused about it, is because Dsouza, (an OB-GYN) is here, and he caught a very elusive cancer that was manifesting itself in one of my best friends, and quickly sent her to get it looked at and taken care of. At the time she had no medical insurance, and he still got her on the fast track and ultimately her life was saved, so how can I have anything but positive feelings about this guy and this place. And before you complain about the "personal experience", yes I've been to the office and sat in on the visits and even received off-the-record medical advice from him, many times. So yes, it is a first-hand experience. It loses one more star just because it's a little treacherous during busy times of day (which is all day, really, on Transit), to turn left into this plaza if you're heading North. Transit has become brutal (it's the East-towns version of Niagara Falls Blvd, really), and just be careful getting in and out of here.

Dr. Brady has always been kind, professional, and efficient in treating my allergies. He got me out of my previous office which was using medieval times-esque treatment that was very unpleasant for me and my son and not doing a thing. Today was just a check up because I haven't been seen in 4 years. I was seen promptly, all staff was super friendly. They even gave me a flu shot right away as I requested. I can't speak for other doctors or specialists here, but I can say if you are coming here for your allergies (or even asthma as Dr. Brady is helping me out with) you will have a great experience!

Updated Review - Do not, under any circumstances, trust this practice with your health or with your…read moreprivate medical information. Issues I've Experienced with UBMD Endocrinology: - I was ordered to keep taking a medication that I said was making me worse and giving me rare side effects - That medication isn't even for my current diagnosis, it is for a different medical condition (which I do not have) and I should have been taken off it the moment that was realized. - Their patient portal is useless. - One of their PA Students (not even a real PA yet!) told me to 'Get this test done at This Place,' but didn't specify *which* location. I made the appointment with the location closest to me and the morning of my appointment they called me to cancel because only This Place does that test, only 'The Other Location of the Same Name' does it - something the PA-wannabe should have mentioned. The worst part of this bullet point is that I had to go without medication for a week in order to take this test. 'The Other Location' did not have any openings for a month, so I had to go without medication not once but twice. - I have called the Endo office a handful of times with medical concerns or questions and have only been called back a fraction of the time. - And more. I finally had enough of this place / that wannabe-PA, that I sought care elsewhere. Anyplace would be better than here.

I wouldn't recommend this place to a dead rodent .. Go else where if you can, you'd be better off, it's sad to have to report and do a review in such disappointment as a prior heavily unsatisfied patient. There is a supervising physician and physicians in training. The physicians I've had over the years have all been top-notch. The care provided to me has been excellent. Why one star? The waits and confusion I can live with. Those would have knocked my review down a star or two from 5 stars. While the staff is sometimes harried, they have always been caring and nice. It's the billing that gives them a one star rating. You will see my pic of the stack of bills and correspondence trying to get them to correct their bill. After multiple notifications from my insurance company that I owe them nothing, they just sent a bill to me for $58.56. It's not worth fighting. I don't owe the money, but I will pay it. I'll be searching yelp for a new primary care physician.
