I personally like the feel of a women empowered medical office. They truly want to get to know you and your medical history! They won't stop til they have answers and your input! If your looking for a Rheumatologist than look no further. They'll send you for any medically necessary tests and review test results with you in office or over the patient portal. They respond to your voicemails within 48 hours unless your a new patient and then it would probably be longer. Discovered Rheumatology Wellness Center in 2017 and will be here for a long time. Remember they are flexible as to your medical treatments moving forward. If your looking for a relaxing and calm office setting this is your place!

As you may have read before on reviews of mine that when it comes to Doctors one of the things I insist on in my or my families physicians is Compassion and Knowledge and this practice has that in Spades. Dr. O'Neil is amazing, she was able to effectively diagnose and start appropriate treatment for an issue that has just recently cropped up in a family member. So starting off, the office has a calm, peaceful vibe. Its not just the staff, the colors are muted and pastel, the music in the waiting room is calm, the staff is welcoming and the waiting room has something you almost never see in a doctors office: comfortable furniture. The Nurses and the Doctor herself are top notch also. My family member went in with a migraine brewing to a visit, and the nurses made the room dark as soon as they were done with triage and spoke quietly out of concern. The Doctor offered acupuncture (normally something they charge for) to stop it in its tracks. Now I don't know if I ever believe that stabbing yourself with thin needles is spots is a cure for anything, but within 10 minutes she felt the pressure diminish and within 15 minutes the pain was gone. This is just ancillary service btw, the actual issue that brought my family member in was nailed immediately and a proper course of treatment was started right away and that, I might add, started reversing much of the Symptomology immediately. If you have an issue that requires a Rheumatologist I highly recommend this practice.

It took a while to initially get in to see him (about 6 weeks), but once I got in things moved along a little quicker. By the time I got in to see him I had already gotten MRI of both my neck and back and brought the disks with me for the doctor to review. When I went to my initial appointment in August I had also scheduled a second opinion with a different doctor for a few weeks afterwards. So I was not willing to commit to any course of treatment at our initial meeting. He laid out my options for me, showed me my MRI on the computer and described what the issue was and what he would do to repair it. I appreciated his forthcoming and honest demeanor, and scheduled a follow up appointment for 6 weeks to give myself enough time to meet with the other doctor and decide what I wanted to do. After meeting with the second opinion doctor, I decided that I liked Dr. Egnatchik's demeanor and openness and felt more comfortable with him so when I went back to him in early October we spoke more in depth about what my surgery would entail and he told me that he wanted a new, updated MRI done, since my previous one was 6 months old. In the past I have had a lot of issues with the insurance company denying and dragging out most of my requests, so I was not optimistic about getting the approval any time soon. But Dr. Egnatchik's office got on it immediately and within 2 days I had my approval - which was the quickest I have EVER been approved for anything! I had the MRI on a Wednesday afternoon and was called by his office on Monday morning to discuss what he saw and we discussed next steps and made the official plan to move forward with surgery. I requested a certain time frame, as far as certain dates, to get the surgery done so that i had to take the least amount of time off of work and he was very accommodating and willing to work with what I asked for. He gave me detailed instructions of how we will be proceeding from here on out, as far as blood work, meetings with the ENT surgeon, when to schedule my pre-op appointment with my primary dr, etc...So far, I have had no complaints with the care I have been receiving, and I will be getting my surgery in mid-December.

I…read morehad seen various medial practionioners including two chiropractors, two Physical Therapists, A Sports Medicine Clinic where I had three spine injections and then finally to my family Doctor. My family Dr. listened to me and gave me just enough Tramadol to get me to the day I wouLd see Egnatchic. When I got to the office a PA walked in with her computer, she asked me some questions, looked at my MRI, never gave me a physical exam, never asked me to walk (I walk crooked with my left hip sticking out now and with a limp) and then said I had to have an EMG nerve test but it had to be approved by workman's comp first, which could take a while. And no, she could do nothing to help me with pain. She said she would recommend in her report that I stay on the Tramadol (only 1 per day mind you) to my family doc in her report. That was on a Thursday. The next day I called my family Doctor and they had not recieved any report of seeing the back surgeon.I called Egnatchiks office manager the next day to explain I had waited 7 weeks to see the surgeon and felt the PA was dismissive of me. She assured me the report would be completed and sent out the next day. I called my family Doctor 8 days later (here it is Friday of the next week) and no reports have been signed by the Dr. or sent out. I called workmans comp and they had not recieved any test requests. Today I called back to Egnatchiks office again, the receptionist said she would send them out. This has been 12 days of waiting. So here I am in tears of pain waiting. I have made an appointment with a different surgeon and now have to wait 3 weeks to see him. NO!!! I would not recommended bothering with this Doctor. They are not concerned with patient care, have little to no bedside manner and have an innefficent office. They sure dropped the ball with me.

I was sent here by a company called LHI, a company that is contracted through the VA (Veteran's Affairs) to send Veteran's "out in town" to see a non VA doctor for certain exams, if a VA provider is not available. Ok so, my appointment was scheduled for 11:45 am, which is the time that Hamburg Primary Care chose! I called them at 11:40 to say I'd be 5 min late. They said ok, that's fine. I checked in at 11:48, 3 min late. A nurse did not see me to take my vitals til 12:08, 20 min later which is already annoying. She took me to the room where I would see the doctor and said so and so will be in shortly. Ya know, the usual. I was not seen by the doctor til 12:37!! I had SO much time sitting in that room, I began to look around. The room was what I would call filthy! I mean maybe that's an exaggeration (see pics), but it's a doctor's office!! There were large dust bunnies on the floor and trim. Side note- I am severely allergic to dust mites, believe it or not. I've been tested and I start to sneeze a lot when I'm around too much dust/dirt. It also bothers my throat. You don't expect to walk into a dirty patient doctor room at a doctor's office. There were also fair amounts of chunks of dirt in various places on the floor. It looked like the floor hadn't been swept in awhile. Too long for any standards, but def too long for a doctor's office. There was also a film of dust on the edge of the counter top as shown in pics. The top of the Biohazard bin had a film of dust on it as well. They just need to clean! The doctor was very pleasant and apologized for the wait. I was polite and did not complain about how long I waited. I just wanted to do my exam and leave as I had other plans for my day after this appointment. Based on having to wait almost 1 hour to be seen and the gross state of the room, I would not recommend this establishment and will never go back. Also, I had to drive 50 minutes each way to be seen here! Luckily we're getting paid for travel.

This practice offers wonderful service. I have to thank Mary and Ginny for all that they do.read more
