I ended up going to the Eglinton location for follow-ups a few times and was also sent for blood work and ultrasound. Staff at both walk-ins were caring, punctual and professional. The Doctor was very thorough and left no stone unturned to make sure what could have been a serious problem, wasn't. Very importantly, what would have taken weeks at my family doctor or another walk-in I used to go to, was resolved in a matter of days. I highly recommend this and the Davisville Watson walk-ins.

I saw Dr. Antoinette Mikhail to have 6 stitches removed from my back. After several minutes of scrounging to find scissors and tweezers she instructed me to take my shirt off with the door open. She then began digging at my back at which point she remarked, "these scissors are very dull, they are making this difficult." Didn't I know, it was my flesh she was picking at. She got up and left the room without explanation leaving me sat there in my bra with the door open, and returned with a more appropriate looking set of tools. She then proceeded to use a dental pick type tool to dig 2 "half stitches" out of my back, swabbed me with alcohol and sent me on my way. This was 4 days ago, I have since removed 3 half stitches myself and am quite certain there is a 4th still under my skin. I would not recommend this clinic for much more than a flu diagnosis. I came to see Dr. Mark D' Souza originally about my long term chronic pain after speaking we came up with a plan for me to go off my current medication and be put on something completely different But before I could start the new medication I had to be completely clean of it from my system! Well after being on a very high dose of narcotics for over 15 years that didn't really work good for the pain I honestly didn't know what I was getting myself into, but I can say luckily the withdrawals from my medication was the worst part of my experience and even that wasn't as bad as I thought! Arriving at Kingsway Dermatology and Cosmetic Centre offices the team greeted me professionally and made me feel very comfortable, assisting me in completing some forms and offering me refreshments. I was asked a few questions and invited to have a seat. Within a few minutes, I was escorted to an examination room to meet Dr. Alexis, in privacy to discuss my concerns and condition. Dr. Alexis was so very kind in her approach and made me feel very comfortable and assured that she could help me resolve this skin cancer problem. I immediately received an initial treatment and together we decided on an appropriated time to begin further treatments as soon as possible, considering the time of year and my work schedule.
