I use Corte Madera Cleaners because it's a wonderful local business that is conveniently located in the Corte Madera Town Center. The staff is always friendly, and I'm greeted with a warm welcome every time I walk through the door, and their prices are very reasonable. I especially appreciate their communication. They send timely text updates when my order is ready for pickup, and they frequently offer discounts and promotions of 20-30%, which is a great bonus. read more

I have found my favorite new cleaners. My first time there I experienced a genuine welcoming, great customer service, and a nice discount on the household articles I brought in. When I picked up, they were nicely organized and looked so "clean" when unpacked. I brought more dry cleaning in the next day. They are well worth it and so close! read more

As a first time customer I was overly impressed by the customer service I received. Ankit & Rachana welcomed me into their business with a fun welcome kit that even had my favorite candy (Mike n Ike's). I was also satisfied with the turnaround time for my suit. Literally in one day!! I am excited to know that they are here in Corte and offer the best deals. read more

I had a great experience with Corte Madera Cleaners. excepcional service. they delivered on time. would definitely come back.

Corte Madera Cleaners did an excellent job cleaning a soiled jacket and making it look like new

I went to see if they could fix a detail on my dress, They said they would take a look at it and ask the seamstress. They did and kept me in the loop at all times. It ended up not being able to be fixed but they were very kind and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. read more

Corte Madera Cleaners staff go above and beyond. They recently did a great job altering a vintage dress for me. Thanks so much! -E read more

I went to Corte Madera Cleaners back in August 2025 because I procrastinated on getting a bridesmaid dress altered. I had to do a bit of a rush job, I waited until roughly 2 weeks before I needed to fly out for the wedding to take care of something I had months to do, and they were so very helpful and accommodating! I was really impressed with the speed and the quality of the work. I liked that they kept me updated over the next couple days which was a huge relief. Since August, I have brought a few more items that needed repair/alterations, and a couple dry clean only items in and have been very happy with the service I've received each time. read more

Thorough attentive service both in person and by text - they truly aim to please. Highly recommend, convenient access too.

I had a good experience getting my pants tailored and I appreciate their effort to do right by their customers. One of my pairs was cut too short and they offered a full reimbursement for the cost of the pants. This was professionally handled by the team and manager and I will definitely go back for more alterations. read more

First time here! Very welcoming. I had uniform shirts I needed in two days and they were able to get it done! Also replaced a button for me. Highly recommend! read more

I had a great first time experience with this company the staff were kind and friendly very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. the price was very good specially with the first 4 times discounts plus other discounts. I have been researching for a reliable cleaner because my old one sadly wasn't doing a good job anymore so I need a change. i highly recommend this company. read more

I had one thing to dry clean. I was told it would be ready by 3pm at the latest on Monday. I arrived at 5:32 and I was told the driver had not yet arrived with my garment. I waited an additional 20 minutes before I left the store with the top. I chose this location because I thought they were local cleaners, and I was shocked to hear that they outsource their work (some truck pulled up with "five star cleaners"). They are so overpriced and obviously can't handle the business since they are outsourcing. When I got my item back the stain was still present. I did a spot clean myself and got more out than they ever did. The only thing I regret I not taking a before and after photo to show how hopeless this place is. read more

So friendly and helpful. I had a sewing project and they were able to complete it quickly and it looked great.

I've always been very happy with the results and dry cleaning service at Corte Madera Cleaners. Our clothes are ready on time or early, and we're always greeted with a friendly face. I like the feature where we're notified when our items are ready for pick up too! read more

Sweetest staff! Professional, personal, and patient. My family has been coming here for a couple of years even when we didn't live in the area because we have had such a friendly experience. read more

In these days, I don't need surly and rude service and poor quality results at a high price. Unfortunately, I found all of these at this dry cleaner. read more

A simple sewing fix was done very poorly and was so expensive it cost more than the item itself had. There seemed to be very little attention paid to matching the stitch pattern or ensuring the sewing was tight. Very disappointed. read more

ASK for $$$ FIRST! I know dry cleaners are making up for lost revenue during COVID, but come on. I was charged $19.50 for two laundered cotton shirts, really? She said it was because of the material. Then she realized her "mistake" and the correct price was a more reasonable $10. Beware, ask the price is BEFORE you drop off your clothes. My work pants are $11 each to dry clean. It costs $5.75 in SF, literally almost half. I guess the rent at Town Center is astronomical and that's why their prices are so high. bummer. Also, note the account is under my husband's name but for 3 years I've been dropping off and picking up. The owner has a 2.7 rating and instead of saying "sorry for your experience, let's make it right" his response is consistently "you're not my customer and I'm going to an investigator. I am a real person and 3 year customer. Many people use another family members name. Bad business. read more

Ruined a shirt with chemical damage. Asked them to cover the replacement cost. They refused. Claimed it was a bleach mark, but I don't store my dry cleaning in my laundry room. read more

Please everyone check how the owner, instead of taking accountability , says all the reviews are fake. Like he has been doing this for years. Not only has a completely fake (not cleaning), slow and expensive offering, he also does not take accountability for what it looks like the consensus in the reviews. read more

$9.99 to press but not wash a shirt? Seriously?!? In nyc pressing a shirt costs 99c. Pressing a shirt takes 5 min. How do you possibly justify a $120 rate for unskilled labor?!? read more

June and her husband are great people! Please support them. They took over an existing business and survived the Covid period; many other businesses have not achieved such success. read more

I have been taking my cleaning here 2-3 times a month for five months now and find the owners to be nice and the quality of cleaning to be good and thoughtful ( no safety pins through fabric etc). Pricing is fair for this part of the world. They do a good job. read more

PLEASE be careful bringing items for tailoring here. The seamstress was lovely, but I don't think capable of handling a more complex tailoring job. My dry cleaned items have been great, and I wouldn't even have written a review had the owner, Tim, not been so incredibly rude and inappropriate towards my friend and me regarding a dress I had tailored. I wish I could give zero stars, as I have never been treated like this before. Story: I brought a bridesmaid's dress here to have tailored about two weeks before my best friend's wedding. I had purposefully ordered it too big, with the idea that I would just get it tailored to me. Long story short... I needed to go back on five separate occasions to have my dress altered. I was kind and kept hoping that it would be better the next time.. or the next.. finally, I went to try it on two days before I was leaving. The fifth time I had gone back. And it still didn't fit. I was irritared and a bit at a loss of what to do. And the seamstress wasn't going to be in the next day (the day before i was going to leave). I eventually decided I was just going to need to take the dress and beg another seamstress to fix it for me on short notice. I asked the owner to return the dress along with a refund of the $130 I had already paid, as I no longer trusted their work and the dress that had been too loose was now too tight in various places. He refused, saying that there had been a lot of work put into the dress and that the seamstress said I had been happy. I asked him point blank, very confused, why would my dress still be here if I had been happy? Not only that, but he also berated a friend of mind who had come with me, who had also been a previous client. I was absolutely floored. He continued to repeat over and over again in a raised voice that I "should know how much work was put in!!" and that I "should've never expected it to have taken just one time!!" (again, this was my FIFTH time). I'm sorry, but it wasn't done well or right, the dress still didn't fit, and I was then needing to take it somewhere else to find someone to fix it in a rush. So stressful for me. And absolutely something that should not be paid for. He was rude, condescending, and completely inappropriate towards both myself and my friend. I have NEVER in my life had someone in a business treat me like this. He continued to refuse the refund, so I finally just took the dress and left. He then used my number from the system to text me, saying that my friend needed to write him a letter of apology (she was simply upset at the way we were being treated) and that he was going to file a police report. For what? I'm not even sure. Truly. I'm not confrontational, and I was honestly stunned by his response to us. SO incredibly inappropriate. When I brought the dress to another (experienced) seamstress, she told me that she could see that the job had not been done well and that it should never have taken that many visits. Thank GOD she measured, worked with some things, and was able to fix the dress for me that same day (which was the day before I left). I think this place is great for dry cleaning, and again, if the owner had treated my request with integrity and respect, as I should not have to pay for a service that was not done well and needed to be fixed (for a similar price) elsewhere, I wouldn't be writing this. Horrible way to treat customers. And to do business. read more

I've been coming here regularly for a while. I have been very happy with everything I've brought in. June has been so accommodating to my odd requests and difficult items. They've helped me more than once by going beyond what my previous cleaners have done. I shopped around for a while and bounced to more than a few dry cleaners before settling here. Staff is extremely friendly and the new owners are dedicated to really helping! read more

This place is the worst. I believe they are under new ownership and it has REALLY gone downhill since the change. They've ruined several pieces of mine and don't seem to care. Take your clothes literally anywhere else. read more

Don't go to this place. My friend took her dress here for alterations and paid every time. When the dress came finished to be too tight the owner/manager was a douchebag and made all these excuses about behavior and a letter of apology. Biggest of all he wouldn't give my friend a refund. Take your business somewhere else and you'll be much happier & better off. read more

Walked in with bedding and a beanbag cover. After a blank stare, I asked about the first item (beanbag cover), and got "too risky". Then came the explanation of the process used. So male who assisted said, "Try somewhere else". Well, you can be sure I didn't bother taking anything else out to review with him. It must be so wonderful to have too much business. read more

3 stars because: + I had a skirt, a blouse and a dress that had year old stains on them, and they got them out! - for the three items, I paid 60bucks! - the lady who assisted me during drop off and pick up was cold and short with me during our exchanges Ultimately I'll probably return, but damn the prices are high... read more

Super unprofessional. Screamed at my friend and put his hand in her face! She was asking for a refund on her dress which they had for about 2 weeks, she had been back 5 TIMES to keep getting more alterations. And still after the 5th time it was too small. Each time she went back she was having to pay. I've never had to go back more than once for a fitting on a bridesmaids dress. Now there's 2 days til the wedding and has a dress that doesn't fit her and is down all the money she put in to it. read more

Worst dry cleaner Ever!!!!!! I should have known never to come back here when my first experience was bad, but the second time topped the charts and I almost called the police! I brought a new dress which the seam came apart so I took the dress here to have them fix it. When I showed the seam to the man he told me he could fix it, but that it would only happen again he said. I asked him why and he said "this dress is not for you". I asked why the dress "wasn't for me" and he said I was too big. I am a size 2.... Triathlete and this dress was specifically made for me. I was very upset he was basically calling me fat. I said can you fix it or not? He took the dress and said I just tell you, you too big for dress. After charging me $35 to hand stitch the seam (which I could have done) I was less than impressed. About 2 weeks later I brought in a black wool coat and another dress to dry clean. I showed the same man I had a stain on the back of the coat and a mustard stain on the front. I came back 2 days later to pick up my clothes and (as in always do) inspected the articles before I left the store. The dress was fine, but my black wool coat still had the stain on the back, and I could still see mustard in the material almost like hadn't been cleaned. This time I was being taken care of by his wife. I told her, the coat still has mustard on it. She raised her glasses and said I don't see anything. After telling her the coat was still dirty she told me to go on the street and ask someone else to show her if they could also see mustard... Can you imagine!! So I did, I walked out of the store and asked a stranger at her request to show her if they saw mustard on my jacket! As the man came in she ordered me to shut up and she asked him if he could see anything on the coat. The man said, well I am color blind but it looks like there is mustard around the button. Frustrated she sent him away and told me to find another person.... And so I did and she too told the woman she saw mustard! I was so angry she made me find strangers to tell her they did a horrible job!! Never go here!!!!! Give your money to people who care about their customers, aren't rude and who respect you! Go to paradise cleaners instead!!!! Please! read more
