I have gone to Magnolia Cleaners with several special requests and they have always delivered. The…read morelatest was a favorite large designer canvas outdoor sports tote bag. Because it's an outdoor bag that is placed on the ground, it had gone from a beautiful orange to orange and black bag between the dirt, ink and food stains. I had been trying to figure out a way to clean it for a couple of years. Before bringing it in, I had called the manufacturer, and had tried another dry cleaner. The feedback I had previously received was that because the bag has leather handles and the canvas was treated with wax, the only way to clean it was to "wipe it clean." The stains were too deep in the fabric for that. Magnolia Cleaners took the challenge on and not only spent extra time cleaning it, they re-treated the bag with a stain resistant repellent. I am thrilled to have my "orange" bag back. Thank you Magnolia Cleaners! :)

The lady who works at the front is very nice and she said it would be about 3 business days until I can pick up my jeans. I was somewhat apprehensive because these are $300 jeans, but i decided to go through with it anyway. When I came back she remembered who I was and told me to check out the jeans before I paid. It was better than I expected, you can't even tell they were ripped or sewn back together. This is my new go to if I need anything fixed. Also, it looked like they dry cleaned my jeans (or at least ironed them) as a complimentary service which is great. It was $10 to get it done, which was definitely worth it.

I have been going here for a few months for various things like hemming, dress cleaning, and just…read moregeneral dry cleaning and they are amazing!! I love the self service kiosk to drop things off. They have a little station where you can tag your clothes and the stains on them before dropping them off in a bag. You also pick your things up in the machine as well and it's nice because it is open 24/7 so you can go whenever works for you! If you want things altered that is where it gets tricky, you have to be there when the seamstress is there and they have certain hours when they are there. The one thing that is annoying is that whenever I need something altered, they say it will take a week and they always contact me saying it will take more time. I feel like for that just estimate MORE time and if it comes back earlier yay that's great! Just like a restaurant, OVER estimate the time because if the table is ready sooner than yay great! But if you are waiting longer it's annoying. SO if you are getting something altered I would estimate up to 2-2.5 weeks for it to be done so think about that! They may do rush frees not sure. But I do love how much care they put into the clothes even how they hang it up for when you recieve it. Like putting the cushions under the clasps on the dress. And also the tissue paper for the sweater. Feels like a touch of love.
