Most importantly, the service was amazing. They very very thorough making sure they looked at everything even once they found what seemed to be the problem. They fixed it wicket, gave some advice if it happens again and how to prevent it. They are very affordable and offer maintenance, which is helpful if you are trying to get a manufacturer repair by showing the system was maintained professionally. Basically our filter was held in place by the air but bow out... Our motor went out . Absolute HVAC sent by ahs our warranty company came yesterday to see what was wrong, they said due to lack of maintenance our motor burned out so AHS denied our claim Now bc of Victor Corrales we may get it covered , he spoke with AHS and exclaimed that the we the customers were never educated by prior techs on the correct placement of the filter. He is going to make some clamps or holder so the filter stays in its place. He wont be doing the motor replacement , unfortunately Absolute will. But!!! We just signed on with Vic's HVAC to do our yearly maintenance. For our type of unit he charges under $200 for twice a year maintenance servicing of our HVAC I highly recommend him, he loves what he does and he thinks OUTSIDE OF THE BOX !!!

About 4 later, my 32 year old G.E. system needed to be replaced. He gave me a very fair estimate and they had the new unit, a split system heat pump installed in half a day. This was no easy swap. My air exchanger is in the attic with a roughly 2'x2' hatch. Plus they had to crane in the air compressor to the 2nd story roof of my townhome. I expected that all to cost a fortune and had put it off as long as I could. I wish I had done it sooner because the new more efficient system is paying off already. My January run time of the new system was 36 hours fewer than the previous month with the old system. That's money. I almost don't want to refer him because I don't want him getting too busy! He does all the warranty work after the install and is never to busy to take my call. Thanks, Vic!

Joe, Tanya and John are truly the best and take real pride in their operations. I live in a 1953 home. I had just spent $20k with Rooter Ranger to repipe under the home, yard and reconnect to the sewer (11/2025). My bathroom sink still wouldn't drain. I called RR back out. RR snaked it and "jetted" it and still couldn't clear it, drained but slow. I called them back and turns out this national company went out of business. Crushed doesn't begin to describe it. I spent a small fortune, for me at least, on this and they were out of business. We were using a bowl in the sink and the smell was unpleasant. I began looking online and found My Plumber. They had excellent reviews. I called and they were available immediately to help. John came on time, he was kind and professional. I told him that it was previously snaked with no luck. I told him I didn't want to have to pay for it again because it didn't work. He assured me that he needed to check and if that was the case, it would be credited to new work. Wouldn't you know, John CLEARED IT! It was an old black cap that had perfectly gotten stuck in the pipe. I was so grateful and emotional because I assumed this was going to be another costly bill. He did tell me that the hookup to the pipe was corroding, under the sink. I should replace it before it gave out and caused a larger problem. I said yes, good idea. He did warn me that if they couldn't remove it-because of the age and corrosion-we may need to go behind the wall. I understood. Today owners Joe and Tanya came to take camera footage and replace the corroded hookup under the bathroom sink. Joe was able to get it off and replaced without issue. Another win for my wallet. Tanya showed me the video of the gunk and build up in the pipe and suggested to hydrojet it. I did ask how long the buildup looked like it had been there since I was told by RR they had jetted it. This was years and years of build up, RR did not jet it-should have known. It was black and stinky. After they jetted it, the water quickly swirled right down the drain. I was shocked and so happy. I did ask if repiping was something I needed to worry or prepare for. Joe and Tanya said no, not at this time. There was very little cast iron that came out, I should be good for a long while. Pipes were in better shape than we thought. They packed up, cleaned up and let me know if I had any concerns or if it for some reason the drain got clogged, to reach out and they would take care of it. Sigh of relief. These are highly trained and educated plumbers, with a family business that will be around for a long time. They truly care about their work and customers. I would recommend My Plumber to my family, friends and complete strangers. Thank you again to Joe, Tanya and John! Your thoroughness, knowledge and integrity saved me money and gave me peace of mind.

I went through home warranty, so I was a little skeptical at first since I have had bad experiences in the past. Jacob showed up and started handling business quickly. Very professional, courteous, mindful, and very cautious while working. Some of my repairs were pretty straight forward, but the seized valve required a lot of work. I was very appreciative of how Jacob minimized the amount of wall that needed to be cut and placed back so that I can take care of the work for patching. Jacob was also very knowledgeable and kept me very well informed as the work did take some planning overtime. I had a great experience considering the work that needed to be completed.
