They called back in 20 minutes to tell me my co-pay would only be five dollars. I was ecstatic since the chiro I was seeing is a half hour away and this was 5 minutes. Called and canceled my appt with my original chiro and then was called by Paragon telling me, you wanted Chiro and it's not covered???? So dissapointing that the office didn't listen to my needs and now I've canceled my original chiro!!!! Thanks for nothing!!!

The 5-star review pertains to Dr. Priti Narula, one of the doctors at Princeton Family Care. I…read morehave been living with high blood pressure for nearly 20 years and worried that this issue would eventually lead to a stroke, heart attack, or even death. Dr. Narula analyzed my current medications and prescribed a new mix and dosage that has miraculously reduced my blood pressure to normal for the first time in two decades. Based on the above success, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Priti Narula for successfully treating a life-threatening condition that has confounded multiple doctors in three cities for 20 years. I am sure she would have similar success with other medical issues and will rely on her whenever necessary.

The nurse told me that I was not a patient any longer. Dr. Shaikh reached out to me even though I moved to Hawaii and he explained to me that it was a student nurse that should not have said what she said to me. He told me that I am his patient no matter where I move and I can call on him anytime.

Two big THUMBS DOWN for Princeton Radiology!

I called to make an appt after finding their info on my provider network list and the lady that…read moreanswered was more concerned about my insurance than my problem. She didn't even run it. She told me she would call me back and never did. I'm upset because I'm having a serious issue and went on to explain it in detail just to be told she can't schedule anything until she can run the insurance. Why not do it before I get into specifics? How long does it take to run insurance? I work at a hospital and I know it's only takes a few minutes. I can't stand dr's offices who treat new patients as an inconvenience.

I recently moved to the area from south jersey and was hospitalized for a serious GI issue and wanted to follow up with a nearby gi doctor. I called and they took my information and said they would "call back" if he wants to see you. I've never heard of not being able to make an appt until the receptionist ran it by the dr?? Then after a day I get a call back saying the dr won't see anyone that doesn't have a family doctor. I explained to the ignorant and rude receptionist NOELLE that I just moved here and that I can give you mine from back home. Then in a very hostile manner, she argues back with me saying "you said you didn't have a family doctor". Then she said oh well I'll talk to the Dr and call you back. RIDICULOUS I've never had this type of experience with a doctors office.

They do not have an open MRI machine like they advertise, and have right in there name!! The name is misleading, and when you call they say they have an open MRI machine. They even admitted at the end that they don't have one.. They had the nerve to say " how about you take some Valium , and try again later"!! I specifically had a prescription for an "Open MRI". They were pushy and unprofessional to say the least. The gentleman that was going to give the MRI said at one point " Your not working with me"! Of coarse I'm not !! I have a fear of closed spaces!! That is why they make open MRI units. I just think it's wrong to mislead people. In this case they were misleading over the phone, and there name misrepresents what they actually offer.

Now owned by Summit Health this practice is now thoroughly corporate. Appointments are scheduled in…read morefifteen minute intervals and conducted with dispassionate efficiency. Stethoscopes are decidedly old school as doctors stare into laptops occasionally coming up for air to discuss symptoms and diagnoses with the enthusiasm of a metronome. The docs could just as well be holographic or stuck in the metaverse (for that matter, so could you.) "At the tone, please download your balz into the 3-D printer." You never forget for a moment that you're "on the clock." The good news is that procedures and testing that were once outsourced are now conducted in-house with most results available next day. Maybe there's something to be said for efficiency after all. Medicine's brave new world is alive and well here. I just might get used to it. Four 3-D stars.

They even DID the knee replacement! Still as long as a xray looks ok, they' don't care how you FEEL! No further investigation and a delayed diagnosis from 3B and now my left prosthetic has to be revised or replaced. Then the natural knee. SAME SCENARIO. They wouldn't listen or investigate into WHY I was having pain and problems. They just said arthritis. So now this knee is not only hyperextending, but has developed a knock knee disfigurement. Both have joint effusion. Bakers cysts and both my quads and it bands have tendonosis. 3B did not pick up on ANY OF IT!! My quality of life has been and is awful because of THEM!!! Unless you like ego maniac / dismissive drs DONT GO HERE. THE WORST PART IS THEY ARE SOOOO PROTECTED by that word "Practice". I can't even put into words that anger I have for this practice. Yet they go on their happy little lives with zero accountability for this. I need both knees done asap!!! They don't care!!!!! #yourjustajointto3B
