This small business practice has big heart...and knowledge! If you are looking for individual…read moreattention from a group of people who are pleasant, care about your well being and determined to make this the best possible experience, then this is the place you need to choose. I've been to the "chain" therapy centers and I've been to other private practice type of centers but none of them compare. I love that they explain exactly what is going on with your injury, what they are doing to help and what to expect each day and beyond. No one ever really wants to go to physical therapy, but this is the place that makes you feel like they are doing everything possible to improve your health. PS I've seen other clients coming and going for their pilates and nutrition work and the thing they all have in common are the smiles on their faces.

For those that don't want to read a long review, this is my attempt to summarize my long review…read morebelow this one. Michele Wroblewski is an amazing nutritionist. I NEVER liked vegetables and never thought anyone could change that no matter what. I liked bread, pasta, rice, extra bacon, extra butter. If it didn't taste good I would throw extra butter on it and usually, that did the trick. I find myself making healthier choices thanks to her and eating PLAIN vegetables! I never had a weight problem if anything I'm too skinny but I always wanted to be healthier even if it meant losing some weight. I like her so much I bring my 2-year-old son to her as well. I cannot say enough good things about Michele. She is very easy to talk to and understanding. I truly enjoy my nutrition appointments with her. I decided to go to a nutritionist not because I needed to but because I wanted to try to be a little healthier and see what was recommended for me to change about my diet. I am a very skinny person even with my love for butter, bread, pasta, bacon, chocolate milkshakes (every day), etc. I've always had a naturally athletic body type with little to no exercise. I have good insurance so I decided to take advantage of it. I went to Michele and all she recommended was a more balanced diet with protein at every meal and trying to eating more vegetables. I could do the protein at every meal but vegetables at every meal I knew was going to be a challenge fit for an episode of fear factor. I began to eat better after seeing her only one time. I was very open and honest with Michele which is key! I always felt bad saying "I didn't try this" or "I didn't eat as much vegetables as I should have". I made myself feel worse about it than Michele because I didn't want to disappoint her. She is extremely understanding. My biggest struggle was "am I going to like these healthier alternatives" because I hate to waste money. The only thing that comes to mind that I bought from her recommendation that I did not like was some kind of protein cake which wasn't her fault because I failed to mention I don't like cake. The real game changer was when I make baked chicken lightly seasoned with brown rice and a plain vegetable blend that included green beans. I was shocked I could not have been bribed to eat green beans and I ate them plain! The crazier part, I enjoyed it! I was so happy with my results that I brought my son to her. My son was 5 pounds when he was born. He has always been below the curve since birth. I've seen a good amount of specialists to help him any way I could which included the CHOP feeding team. I went twice and decided it wasn't working for him. They overlooked so much about him such as his stomach issues and his reflux. He ate good in front of them which he didn't do for me. They encouraged high fat foods and increasing the calories by adding butter, heavy cream instead of milk, give him junk food, etc. The problem was my son had an even more difficult time going to the bathroom with their new suggested diet. I won't forget the night I watched him struggle to go to the bathroom. He was red (from trying to push) and crying. It was very depressing to see him like this. I never had intentions to bring my son to anyone again about his eating until I met Michele through my own experience. My son has seen her 3 times and he is on the charts! He gained 3 pounds in 3 months. My son was stagnant at 23 pounds for months. He is 2 years 9 months old now and I want to say he was 23 pounds ever since he turned 2. His gastroenterologist talked about testing him to see if his thyroid was working right and other potential tests we should do to be safe. After everything my son has been through my doctor and I put that on hold to see if things would change in the coming months. Thanks to Michele it isn't stressful at meal time with my son. I can't describe the frustration and defeat I felt in the first two years of his life because I couldn't get him to eat anything. I hope this review puts into perspective how great Michele is at what she does. She has a passion for what she does and I really hope this review brings others to see her. I am by far the pickiest person and I changed my ways and if I can change so can you!

I am writing this review to discuss the lack of empathy and concern for the well being of my 6 year…read moreold child. I wanted to love this practice and in February 2025 I was confident that the time invested and money spent would be well worth it. They provided supplements for my 6 year old that helped her eczema flare ups so much, we finally found relief after 5 years of dealing with this and being at a dead end with PCP, dermatologist and after a host of allergy test and medication. Fast forward to April 8th, 2025. My daughter came in for a follow up and to go over lab results. At this time, she was prescribed even more supplements. Of course we purchased these supplements and begin to use them. After receiving and beginning to use these supplements. I then reached out to the office, because while looking over the supplements once they arrived, one specified that it was to be used by individuals 18 years and older. I spoke with the front desk staff and was informed that the prescriber often prescribes this supplement to other children and it should be fine. So I did not give my daughter the full dose but instead provided a small amount. My daughter fought with us to even take them due to the taste. I then noticed that my daughter's skin was becoming inflamed again and she was itching again. This again was effecting her sleep and day to day yet again. I then made a call to the office to make them aware that this was now concerning that whatever was prescribed was not working well and I did not want to continue fighting with her if in fact they were not helping. When I followed up about this, I went and looked online again to see what could possibly be in these new supplements. After looking, I noticed that one supplement had BLACK WALNUT as an active ingredient. I then googled (although I knew the answer) if black walnut could be taken by individuals with nut allergies and as I thought the answer was NO. When I made them aware of this, I received a return call from the front desk staff stating "the prescriber said that the walnut ingredient was from a plant not the actual nut, we should take her to the pediatrician and stop all supplements and while the staff member chuckled, she followed up with she's definitely having an allergic reaction". I was extremely taken back by this response and the lack of concern or empathy from the front desk staff as well as the prescriber. And of course how convenient when I asked to speak with the prescriber she had passed the message along and left for the day. Here we are, it has been about a month now and I have yet to hear anything from the office in general. My frustration is that going into this they were made aware that my child was anaphylactic to nuts and for my child to be given a supplement containing nuts is absolutely negligent and to add insult to injury there was no concern for her wellbeing or even an apology. It is so frustrating to feel like you found a provider that could finally provide your family with relief to only feel like we've been played with and in a way lied to especially considering the amounts of money we have invested into trying to find relief for our daughter. I am writing this as a disappointed mother who just was seeking help and relief for her child. This has caused a great deal of frustration, disappointment and anxiety for my family but most importantly my 6 year old daughter who has to endure the pain and discomfort from this. This is absolutely unacceptable and will not be taking lightly.
