The most positive thing is Dr Weiderholtz tries everything prior to suggesting one goes to an Orthopedic Surgeon. I have had trigger point injections, fluid aspiration, nervwe blocks, etc. The Bordentown office closed as did many of the others. During Covid the majority of the staff was let go as well as other doctors. I believe in NJ only Lawrenceville and Raritan remain open. There is a Nurse Practioner who is in Lawrenceville daily. Dr Weiderholz has another Performance practice in Texas. He does come to Lawrenceville once a month. If you want to treat your medical conditions before needing surgery, this is the place to go. This is not a pill mill and neither the doctor nor np treat it as such. I have had 3 surgeries post the care I got from Performance. Although the staff is limited (post covid), it is not difficult to get an appointment. The doctor and NP are very knowledgeable and communicate clearly what their plan of care is.

Yikes... the place was full of people sitting and waiting. This was our first time coming in with our toddler. Appointment was at 9:30, our name wasn't called till 10:30. The nurse who helped our daughter with her cast was extremely kind, careful and patient her name was Mel, thank you Mel for your kindness gentleness and compassion for our child. The Dr. who came in was Dr Bills, he answered all of our questions quickly and was out the door, the nurses took over and were very helpful. From first impressions it seemed like the place is busy and they could use more staff. I hope they pay those nurses well because it truly shows how the nurses are the ones who take the patients on more so than the doctors themselves. The front desk lady who we had spoken with Ms Logan, was extremely helpful, answered a lot of our questions that we had as we were "self pay" customers. Thank you for the nurses Mel & for Ms Logan's help and support in navigating through what seemed like a stressful situation/time for us. Cons: waiting time Tip: bring your patience with you and understand the nurses are doing their best to get to everyone, it is not their fault! Giving a 3 star rating because as a place of "business" and a place where a lot of people come they should employ more nurses/doctors that would help run the place more smoothly and more efficiently. She is very thorough in her care of the patient and works on solving the problem rather than "band aiding" it. I have several debilitating issues which Dr Gribbin addressed in the past and present. I trust her knowledge and expertise in her beloved field of Comprehensive and Pain Management. Dr Gribbin's staff is also recommended for their tasks in the office - making one feel at ease, assisting a patient and tending to all the authorizations they have to deal with! Dr Gribbin also has on staff a Physical Therapist for her patients. The therapist is also well informative and has years of experience. I'm only sorry I did not know Dr Gribbin before moving to Hamilton - I probably would not be in the condition I am now.
