The unrushed atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff superb. Dr. Carson is highly knowledgeable and up-to-date on the latest meds, conditions, procedures, diagnostics, etc., and readily shares how he determines appropriate treatment. He welcomes patient questions and input. I particularly appreciate that he isn't an alarmist and works with the patient to figure out the optimal approach to address a medical issue. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend him to others.

This is the reason I have stayed with them so long. They are all thorough, caring and friendly people and I have had nothing but great experiences with all if them. That being said, I have never in my life met a staff that I have disliked as much as theirs. Not only are they completely rude and make you feel like a complete burden, anytime you call, but they are so unprofessional when you are in the office, as well. Don't expect to be greeted with a smile, it's more of a "what do you want"??? I get a sinking feeling in the out of my stomach anytime I have to call there. You're immediately put on hold for 5+ minutes (this happens every single time I call) and when someone finally picks up, you get a very defensive "why do you need To come in"..."what do you want"... "What are your symptoms". I understand thoroughness but you're not my doctor and I don't want to tell a rude lady on the phone my personal problems. Furthermore, On a recent visit, I waited 35+ minutes in a waiting room (which was by no means packed) only to see the staff, turn on the answering service and eat lunch, that a Pharma rep had brought them, in front of all of us; ignoring patients, on both the phone and in the waiting room. They were also talking loudly about "what a pain" this one can be, etc. I was embarrassed for them. It really is unfortunate because the doctors and nursing staff are fabulous and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The reason for this post after so many years going to this doctor I finally had enough took my daughter for a physical appointment waited 2 hrs for them to place us in a room for another hour, to have my daughter try sit on a bloody wax sheet thats supposed to be change after each patient and it wasn't . I was upset tried to discuss it with one of then mediocre Secretary and she gave me an attitude like I did something wrong I asked to speak to the doctor Hussain and she completely blew me off and ignored the situation. I walked out and immediately changed my daughter's primary doctor. Few days later Received a letter saying she refused to be my daughter's doctor I have never laughed so hard in my life. Dr. Hussain how disappointing it is that you have a place that you service so many people of Trenton and be so unsanitary. Disgusted. Since then right away Covid 19 pandemic started, and when everybody was scared by Corona, he tried to shake hand with me but I did not, and I think he did not encourage mask in office and therefore office people also did not have, and during office visit he proposed to remove my mask. He did not give us prescription for mail order store even I asked two times because already a store near by my home was recorded in his file, and I had to pay much more higher price for the pills. Worst matter is next. He participated in my insurance company, but he belong to RWJ BH which did not participate (inconsistent) and much higher bill came from RWJ BH each time of visit and I had to discuss RWJ HB with this inconsistent bill for every time of visit and that caused loss of my many hours. Since I was lucky because I was able to find the reasons of much higher bill, and I did not have to pay after discussion for every visit, but there should be many people who may have paid large amount of money without knowing details. Who will get this extra money? I think, either of RWJ or Dr Tsarouhas have got.
