When our family member came out of the hospital, Dr. Li went through the notes and the medication list in great detail. She questioned various changes to the medications. She followed up with other physicians. She even gave me her cell phone. When I had questions, I texted her - and she quickly responded. As a result, I ended up changing my own primary care physician to Dr. Li. My experiences were again just just as amazing. In one case, she had prescribed antibiotics to me. I lost the medication partway through, and I texted her on a weekend. She quickly got back to me and had a replacement prescription phoned in to the pharmacy. I was so apologetic to bother her on the weekend, but she was so kind and helpful. Now, what really makes her practice stand out, on top of this, is her friendly and caring staff. I never feel as though I am treated as just another number. Her staff is just as kind, caring and friendly. Regarding wait times - you often find doctors who grossly overbook patients and you wait for hours. I have not experienced that here. Today, I needed an emergency appointment (Memorial Day weekend). They squeezed me in. There's a wait - but one would fully understand.
