She has helped me with some seasonal cold and flue stuff and also in finding a solution to a chronic syndrome I suffer from. They are all very well versed in homeopathic and "alternative" therapies but are not scared to call in traditional medicine if need be. In my experience, most practices are all one or the other and hold the other in contempt. For what it is worth, I know that the office staff has been under a bit of an overhaul the past few months. I have seen a great improvement in wait times and paperwork efficiency. Give them a try. I have turned a few friends on and they are all grateful. think you will be quite delighted.

It is OK when I first called. The lady was nice and very easy to make appointment(this is actually a big red flag, because all the other family doctors are pretty busy). When arrive, big letters of "We are moving" on windows, another big red flag. They will make one simple visit two or three times, so they could continue to charge you. Anyway, the equipment's were broken here, the assistant are not experienced, they even had difficulties measuring my blood pressure. and then they messed our records again and again, place extra charges and threatening you when you asked questions on the bills.

Many of the girls in the office are helpful, easy to deal with, especially Joyce. I actually changed my health insurance this year so I could still use the practice, but since they were controlled by Hackensack Meridian, it has been awful. Me and my family have used Franklin Medical since Dr Gendy first opened. I have called several times, being sick and needing to be seen and I can never get to see him Mona or anyone else in the practice. Today my son had to go to the hospital because they were unable to make any allowances to see him. If this is a family practice, there should be some room to make allowances. This is not the first time this has happened. The health care system is really lacking since these big Medical conglomerates have taken over. Im sorry to write such negative remarks, but if the practice is not aware they will be losing many of their patients.
