Terrible customer service very nonprofessional with no ethics in business!. I would not recommend this business not even to an enemy! It's very hard to even understand why they're still in business. Not a very good company go elsewhere with your business! Also the representative's name was Raven! Raven needs to go to a professional sales school to understand the customer needs and wants!

It took over a year to save the money to make it happen. Throughout that entire year, Devin Walker stayed in communication with us. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us accomplish this goal. He worked with our budget, made adjustments where he could, found savings when possible, and used his experience to offer alternative options that made sense. It never felt like a sales transaction -- it felt like a partnership. When installation began, the crew was just as impressive. They moved everything, handled all the heavy work, cleaned up thoroughly, and left the building looking incredible. The craftsmanship was top-notch. After installation, we had a small issue with one section of carpet. They came back out promptly and corrected it without hesitation. That level of follow-through speaks volumes. Not only did they cut the conduit, they apparently destroyed my drainage system in my courtyard. I have had problems ever since they finished. The owner came out after the cracks started, but did nothing. I understand that it could happen, but definitely not to the extent it did in the backyard. Most other areas did not crack. It's the destruction they caused without repairing me or telling me. They also needlessly took out the clean out basin for my front rain gutter which was hidden by plants and no where near where they replaced the cement

The hubby was very specific about getting luxury vinyl plank flooring, but of a commercial grade (long lasting and durable) and glue down (no movement in the flooring). We were in Clovis, so we stopped at Carpet Mill Outlet to see what they had. They had several color options to choose from. I was looking for a gray color for a beach-y look. Score! They had a perfect one, no brown tones to make it look dirty. Yes, I'm very picky. Lol. We were planning on just buying the product and the hubby was going to install it. Buddy, the owner and guy who helped us, gave us such a good deal that we had his guy do the installation. It only took a few days for them to get the LVPs in and it was installed right away. The guy who put in the flooring did a really good job. Check them out out great a selection (carpet, too) and awesome prices!

I'm happy to have them back in future and I plan to when we redo our master bath! I bullet pointed all of my thoughts and I really do stand by this list. They are such a good company and such nice people. Rivera Bros Tile: -Showed up on time -Were friendly, kind, and knowledgeable -Communicative and responsive -Jose addressed any and all concerns I had with genuine attention. -Their quote was accurate to job cost (didn't run over budget) and was competitive compared to market. I did not feel like I was gouged. It was a fair quote! -I had a large job (whole house flooring 2100sqft install) and they finished a bit ahead of schedule -Tile was placed in immaculately straight lines even in my two 45' long stretches. We also have a walking path that connects to multiple rooms and their spacing was so perfect that the tile and grout lined met up impeccably on the back end. They measured really carefully and precisely with their laser beforehand and that prep made their install have beautifully straight lines. -They were trustworthy enough to leave unattended at my house. -The tilers never met husband until the end of the project. I felt safe comfortable as a woman around all of them and they never tried to pull one over on me as I have had other contractors try to do in the past. -Creative Tile highly recommended them. -They picked up my pallets of tile which made my life much easier. -They coordinated a roll off bin for the demo work they did. -My concrete pad was awful. They repaired and leveled it so that the tile looks smooth. -They touched up things where they needed to. -They helped us make good stylistic choices. -Had grout sample colors and let me know if they cured accurate to the sample. -They use high end Prism grout by default--not the cheap stuff like others. -We wanted a special trim for the 'baseboards' in the wet areas. Jose told me where to look and I found the product. Had to order some more and he picked it up for us. -They were willing to install heated tile underlayment--something other contractors said they did not do. -They all spoke English which wasn't a necessity but it was convenient. -We had a slight miscommunication which was addressed and cleared up swiftly. -I had a piece of furniture I needed help moving and they were able to get it onto furniture Dollies for me. I cannot say enough good things about them and their work! You will not regret hiring them.
