Outstanding Service and Beautiful Work!…read more I couldn't be happier with the work this company did on my kitchen backsplash! From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. They were prompt, professional, and truly took pride in delivering quality workmanship. They showed up on time, communicated clearly, paid attention to every detail, and made sure the finished product looked absolutely amazing. The backsplash completely elevated the look of my kitchen, and the attention to detail really speaks for itself. It's refreshing to work with a company that values your time, respects your home, and delivers exactly the kind of quality you expect. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional service and outstanding results. If you want quality work done right the first time, look no further. One of the stores we went to mention the Creative Tile showroom behind Mercedes and BMW. THANK GOD we stopped here! I was ready to settle with a mediocre tile from Home Depot. I couldn't understand why no one offered a 3x12 or 4x12 great floor tile. I guess it's very specific In any case, Christina was our savior. She talked us off the ledge of commuting to a mediocre tile. Creative tile had over 30 different tiles in the size we wanted. They also offer a variety of textures. Seriously though, I'm so happy we stopped here. I finally got the tile I had been hoping to find! It was a one stop shop, too. We picked up grout, thin set, and spacers. FYI, they do have to order the tile. So expect 3-5 business days.

The team at Aztec Tile and Elite Cabinet Fabrication absolutely knocked it out of the park!…read moreI was looking for a general contractor to bring my dreams for my home to fruition. Which included a full remodel: structural changes, removal of walls, flooring, complete kitchen, bathroom and bedroom rebuilds. All new electrical, new lighting, new plumbing to match. Essentially leaving the original framing of the home - and rebuilding it into something hardly resembling the original aesthetic. All I can say is wow! The project exceeded my expectations. Noe is a master at his trade, started working immediately, was on-time and on budget. Excellent communicator and values serving his customers. Accessible day or night, weekend or holiday. Delivered impeccable customer service, tremendous value and really made it incredibly painless. The best part is - Noe, the owner is a one-stop shop offering a complete solution with ONE point of contact! I did not have to coordinate with various contractors, worry about facilitating schedules or have to sync the various laborers to adhere to each others timelines. One word "phenomenal". If you're in the market in search of a custom cabinet builder, a granite & tile shop or a remodel contractor... Noe is your guy, and his crew at Aztec Tile & Granite will not disappoint!!

Reached out to owner, Noe, he asked me to send an email so he could reply with a response and schedule a consult. A week later no email from him. I called him and he said he was out of town. Ok, gave him a second chance, let's schedule over the phone, HE SAID, let's meet between 12-1 for the in-person consult/estimate. He also asked me to text him the my address, my name, my cell, etc. so I did. Day of, hours before our time frame, I asked him to text me when he's on his way. No text response. I called him at 1 and no answer. He called me back and said he was an hour away on a job he was stuck at. Wth!!! You schedule a meeting with a prospective client and you ghost them and you give them NO heads up. Very disrespectful of someone's time! You should call to reschedule, I say these type of lazy business owners don't deserve anyone's business. He texted me later after I told him I'll go elsewhere and he said HIS main responsibility is to current signed contracts! You're responsible to potential clients, too, and to make meeting times YOU arranged, in addition to signed contracts. That's how to run a business. A quick text to say we have to reschedule is a bare minimum to run a business. To give a response like that lets me know you give no s**ts to your customers and you don't respect them. What a flake!

Other tilers that looked at my bathroom hesitated to do the work, but Obsidian Mosaic and Tile made a plan and carried it out. What I loved most about their work was the artistic quality. They helped me flesh out my vision for the bathroom and gave me multiple design options. They listened and applied ideas that I wanted to see implemented and went further to give creative suggestions. When I came home from work during the project, I was astonished at the beauty of the work. For example, a tile pattern was made centered at my window and the niches. And, my marble vanity top was cut to echo the bathtub and extended so that there would be more room. Obsidian Mosaic and Tile was also on point with the fundamentals. They were fair-minded, timely, and excellent communicators. I'm grateful for the work Orlando and Jerman did on my bathroom. It's museum level quality!
