Employees are rightfully beyond upset. We've had to pay them out of pocket since we can't get into Quickbooks. My husband's desk is pretty much invisible beneath the piles of paperwork he can't do while the server is down. We pay LOTS OF MONEY for this, and, now that their phone number works again (seriously it went dead the day after this happened - who doesn't have an iPhone or other number NOT tied to the whole system as a company??) no one will answer phones or emails. This has been absolutely devastating for our business and I hope they are planning on compensating their customers for this or we won't be one for much longer. We need service back NOW.
