There's also always someone there to help me bring the heavy stuff to the car, and no one will accept a tip -- "happy to help" seems to be their tag line. They're also great about referring customers to other local businesses if they don't have something I'm looking for. A recent example was I was looking for a hori-hori (google it, it will change your life). They had some tools that looked similar and probably could've sort of done the trick -- but someone working there told me where I could find an actual one on Main Street. Found it, bought it -- and told the folks working there how I learned about them. Builds community and relationship as opposed to competition. Dig it. These folks are my go to -- highly recommend them.

We had dealt with him once before and he was unbelievably rude then also. So much for trying to buy local and support neighborhood businesses. My wife and I are both managers who deal with the public everyday and have never spoken to customers the way we were spoken to by Bill. We would have been better off to buy the mower at Home Depot.
