My right leg became stiff. I could not get up. I requested a store employee handling an upright freezer to ask the manager to call 911. The Emergency crew helped me and walked up to my car. One would think that the manager would extend the decency to pick up the basket and carry it. Hell no!!! - She just let it sit on the floor. Without further ado: This is for the Customers and for the Store Owners. Just because it is an Asian Ethnic food store, the staff should not consider safety issues lightly, because asians are more polite and tolerant and tend to patronize ethnic "Food Stores". Why is the store not following the same safety standards as Kroger or HEB. Is your store exempt from providing motor carts? The store has large Pallets placed between Passageways, making it difficult to move carts around. I will visit the concerned Authorities in Houston, apprise them of Public Safety in the store, and investigate non-compliance of City of Houston and Texas State Ordinances. This sort of accident happened twice only in this store. Both times floor was slippery due to liquid.

Next to the one is this photo there were 3x yolk and then 2x yolk and then this one which which was not labeled with or without yolk so it seemed as tho this one would be a single yolk. Upon opening, though, there was no yolk in the mooncake. Went back and the staff where not at all accommodating! Instead blamed us for not asking before purchase. They did not care we were unsatisfied and refused any accountability for the way their labels were set up. There was one male employee who was nice however 2 of the female managers were both very snide and rude and even instructed us that we could buy the one we did want at full price with a smirk! Will not ever be recommending 99 ranch to my friends again.

I had previously encouraged my daughter to apply for a job there, but after witnessing how Amy treats employees, I no longer feel comfortable with that decision. No one should have to work in such a negative environment. If she is unhappy with her job, perhaps she shouldn't be in that position. Her attitude has made me reconsider coming back, and I'm sure other customers feel the same way. I strongly suggest that management take action--whether that means addressing her behavior or moving her to a different location--before it starts driving customers away.
