I came to chapel hair with mainly light balayage highlights & I had the crazy idea to go back to my natural color. First and foremost they're very busy so you have to book out your appointments. Rightfully so, they all do a great job from what I've seen. Parking is available outside of the location. The salon is spacious and they did a great job decorating. The vibe is very relaxed and glamorous. All of the stylist and the receptionist are so kind. It's high-end, I would say. They use products like verb and matrix. Back to my experience- I met Jen and she became my stylist. She does wonderful cuts and the color job she did to restore my natural color is still looking amazing after almost two years! She gave my hair life and dimension. I don't need much maintenance now but she is my go to for haircuts! She is very sweet and knows what she's doing! My hair was not braided to tight and my hairline didn't suffer. The braids lasted 4 weeks and I could get another 2 weeks out of them but I want to wear my hair out for the holidays.
