Joe DeGeorge and Cornerstone Flooring & Remodeling did not install my LVT floors according to the manufacturers installation instructions. The issues I experienced are compounded by severely lackluster communication and many missed appointments. In the rare instances the subcontractors he hired showed up on time (if they showed up at all), they did not follow the installation instructions of the product he recommended and sold and was notified that certain spots on the floor are buckling or peeling up. The people he hired for the job did not mix boxes of tiles as the manufacturer recommends therefore many duplicate boards are laid next to eachother. The recommended placement guidelines were also not followed. The quarter round installation and caulking was amateur. The subcontractors did not clean all of the glue on the floors from installation. Joe agreed to come do a walkthrough to see the issues but never came. Joe DeGeorge with Cornerstone Flooring and Remodeling demonstrated major difficulty proactively contacting me with updates or expectations and has not yet resolved the issues I brought to his attention. I do not recommend using Joe DeGeorge or Cornerstone Flooring and Remodeling. The project was originally completed on 3/29, he was made aware of some issues on 5/3 then sent a detailed list of issues on 5/11 and as of today the issues are still unresolved. read more

Joe DeGeorge is nothing but a CHARLATAN, FRAUD a THIEF and LIES through his teeth. Joe you deserve to be put out of business. Never have I dealt with a person who Lies so much. Here is my story folks. I gave Joe a check on 10/11/2021 for the sum of $1875.00 to put Carpet in our Bedroom. He said he would install it on 10/19/2021. Well it has now been 87 days and no carpet and no refund. You have to threaten him to get him on the phone, the Little Man likes to hide behind text messages. As of today I have not found a Positive review about this Little Man. After some research, I found that he has been sued 7 times in Small Claims Court and has filed Bankruptcy twice Excuse after excuse and Lie after Lie Joe you either don't realize or care the stress you put in people's live. YOU STOLE MY MONEY JOE, you took my money and used it for something else when you should have ordered my carpet and installed it. That just makes you a Despicable THIEF. These people reviewing me are what's wrong with society these days. Person below hires me in April to do 3 jobs. One was completed in a timely manner and done correctly. The other I couldn't do as I made her aware I was diagnosed with bladder cancer and I returned her money. The other was a special order that came in warped and had to be reordered. Not satisfied she post I'm the shadiest person she ever met and a thief. Good luck in life lady, to reiterate, I did 3 jobs at the friends and family rate, actually 4 if you count my painter I gave her with zero mark up. I completed one, refunded the other and had to absorb special order cancel and refund her money. Yet this thinks it's all about her and she's going to say these things about anyone if she doesn't get her way.
