They delivered all the materials, installed everything, and Jason kept us in the loop the whole way. Jason has been responsive throughout the project for questions and scheduling. The final design was exactly what we were hoping for, and then some. Jason made sure to find exactly the right plants we were looking for, and when I wanted to make a change during installation he was great about listening and making the change. Customer service clearly comes first with this company, second only to the quality of their work. I used the new (at least to me!) Yelp services feature to request a landscaping quote and had several businesses reach out to me through Yelp. We chose J.Earp Landscaping based on how they listened to us, a fair price, and availability. We are very happy with how the job was handled from start to finish. We will definitely contact Jason and his team again for any future hardscaping and landscaping needs. They were a pleasure to work with.

I first found out about Colin through a referral, and I'm grateful I did. The first job was…read moreremoving a small tree that was too close to my house. Later, I asked him to clear an awkward side yard, remove the grass, install a liner, and create a low‑maintenance gravel bed. Most recently, he removed three very large, old trees along with six stumps. Each time Colin has worked at my home, he has arrived exactly when he said he would and brought a professional, efficient crew. Their work is excellent, and they always leave the area clean. The three large trees were taken down safely with no damage to my property or any of my neighbors' homes. I've hired Colin three times now, and the consistency of his reliability, skill, and professionalism is outstanding. I highly recommend him.

I wanted another estimate after talking with him and he said materials had been ordered, so i felt bad and went with them. THAT WAS NOT TRUE! This job was started may 10 and I was very specific it had to be finished may 16 for realtor pics on 17th. They didn't show up on 15th and didn't call. Rained on 16th. On 17th, they rushed to get finished before pictures and were still there when photographer showed up. I hurriedly wrote a check to Ben Macy, the owner. As you can see in the pictures, there is spacing on the railing. The stairs are awful, looks like wonky stairs at a fun house. They are not level. They are leaning. The stair rails are leaning. How is this considered quality work?? I was told it's because we used the original risers. But my stairs were not crooked at all before this. As you can see, the first board is not level with concrete. This has nothing to do with riser- previous board was completely level with walkway. The next day, the18th, we talked and i told him i need the stairs to not be leaning. He said they'd be out the next week. Didn't hear from him, they didn't show up. I called Ben on may 29. They couldn't come out that week because they were finishing a big job. WHAT ABOUT MY JOB YOU HAVEN'T FINISHED?? Today is June 13 and i still haven't heard from Ben or seen his crew. Not one phone call
