It was a rather unique situation, and I was glad he was willing to take on such a small job. I sent him a 1-page form to complete so that a charitable organization would be able to cover the costs (I had discussed the form with him on our call). I never heard back from him and attempted to contact him by both email and phone with no response. I would have been much better off had I never reached out as this was a significant loss of time. My family member is now still in dire need of handyman support and is at risk of physical injury until she receives it.

They did an excellent job in advance of the painters and they ensured clean up of our home before leaving for the day. The painters arrived on time the next day and ensured covering all floors and furniture to ensure no issues. After inspection, I found several minor spots to touch up and they corrected immediately. Highly recommended.

I agreed to have him do the service I requested, and about a week or so later, he was out and completed the work with care and quality. He made what was damaged look better than it did before it was wrecked. After chatting with Matthew for a bit, he seems well versed in all sorts of things "handyman" related.
