At first, I was very happy to come across Jason on Yelp. He had solid reviews and upon chatting with him over the phone, he seemed sympathetic to my situation (looking for handyman support for a disabled family member that I do not live near). It was a rather unique situation, and I was glad he was willing to take on such a small job. I sent him a 1-page form to complete so that a charitable organization would be able to cover the costs (I had discussed the form with him on our call). I never heard back from him and attempted to contact him by both email and phone with no response. I would have been much better off had I never reached out as this was a significant loss of time. I spoke with Jason on the phone to explain the delicate nature of the situation, and Jason handled the entire repair job perfectly -- even showing up on a Saturday morning (with less than 24 hours notice) to help resolve the customer's frustration quickly and to repair the damage. Needed a 75 in TV Mounted. Jason was true to his word and timely. We had a mishap that the TV fell over and cracked. Honestly, when Jason and helper opened the box they should of took more careful measures to ensure that the TV would not just topple over as it did. Jason had another job to go to while I had to deal with the break of the TV. I am just one lady who could not of handled it without asking someone to help me load it up and unload at the store. Jason had text me back saying the job he was to start on that day had to be postponed due to a no show of his customer. So he came immediately back and loaded the TV and rode with me to the store, unloaded and reloaded a new. Then finished up the job. If the other job Jason had that day had not fallen through, I prolly would of been very unhappy but things happen for a reason.
