Couldn't have asked for a better experience with Pat and his team for our full basement renovation…read more We got five quotes and Pat was not only able to work with us, but actually pushed us to finish more space then we planned and stay in budget. He was great to work with - troubleshooting even the smallest problems - like how to keep our toddlers from opening the doors that led to our HVAC. Their ability to take your ideas, and turn them into reality was amazing. We couldn't be happier.

He had such great ideas about re-configuring our existing cabinet space (including building a large pantry) giving us much more storage room. He recommended vendors with whom he is familiar for us to check for cabinets, flooring, appliances, quartz countertops and tile. They painted our adjoining family room and dining room and installed beautiful lighting as well. And we are so pleased with the end results. Pat has dedicated employees, Tony, Jesse and Andy, who are all very hard-working and professional. We liked the way he paid attention to details and made sure everything was to our liking. We would definitely recommend Pat Durbin and his crew at Certified Remodeling for anyone wanting a total remodeling project.

Wanting to make this happen this year, I initially checked out Conners after I saw a local commercial. I sure was glad I did, because their estimate was significantly cheaper than the other local company I'd contacted. It was a no brainier to go with them. The owner, Jamie, is very personable and knowledgeable and you can tell he's super dedicated to his business. He made sure I was very informed about everything I was getting myself into. While the project took a little longer than originally expected, the installation guys did a fabulous job and were very thorough. I could not be happier with my choice to go with these guys - highly recommended. I will definitely be using them for any flooring (and they do cabinetry too!) needs in my future.

I contacted Connor Remodeling for an estimate on new flooring for our dining room, with the…read moreintention of using them again for a larger upstairs project in the coming months. I received a text confirming that Jaime would arrive at a specific date and time. Jaime did arrive on schedule with his measuring equipment, but he did not bring any samples. He told me he would follow up in a couple of days with pricing. It has now been over 12 days with no estimate and no communication. He also didn't seem particularly interested in the project or in answering our questions. This lack of follow‑through is disappointing and unprofessional. If a company has the tools to take measurements on-site, there's no reason an estimate should take this long. Two other companies measured the same space with basic tools and still provided same‑day quotes. Choose a company that values your time and delivers on what they promise.

If you want a great sales rep you can work here. If you…read morewant good customer service when you are spending $20000 then that's a whole other story. I am giving three stars because of the average here. Branden was a phenomenal and very helpful sales rep that got me what I wanted for 3 properties that I am redoing kitchens on. I put down deposits on the stone to make sure it didn't get resold and then the cabinets templated. When it came to scheduling all of this that's where it went wrong. Emily was very unprofessional and touts her past experience in the granite business while being rude and disrespectful. I was told I was having a kitchen install done on a Wednesday afternoon and Friday afternoon I was finally called to tell me there was a problem. We fixed the problem that afternoon and am now just waiting on an install date for this project that has been paid for, it's Monday and I am not back on the schedule. Then another property was supposed to be on the schedule for templates on Monday and it got taken off and had I not called to find out what time they would be there, I wouldn't have known there was an issue with them not coming at all. Emily is apparently the end all be all of this company and was super quick To say she would rather refund my money and have me go to another company then solve the problem or not be rude. Don't spend your money here. Find someone with a better business sense and go with them. These people specifically Emily, don't care about your timelines or concerns or their own integrity. I will never do business with them again because of Emily.
