I spoke to Chris, and with my lack of knowledge and more so horrible explanation of an issue I had with my sons 2003 Infinity, that no one could figure out what was wrong, let alone how to fix this dam thing. He didn't promise anything, but he did say if it can be fixed, I'll get it as good as I can considering how bad my situation was. I came in to get a catless down pipe installed and they were not very forthcoming about the permit issues for the installation. As the experts you'd think they'd tell you about issues you would encounter. The explanation I was given is "most people who come here already know what the issues are". The worse part is, they removed the original converter and didn't even suggest putting it back on once I complained about the check engine light. Instead, they suggesting adding some sensor that they never even ordered. When I called back and asked about the original converter I was told they scrapped it. A converter in perfect condition, they supposedly scrapped it. A part that would cost about $1800 they "scrapped" it. Sounds like they sold it. I will NEVER bring my car to this place again. If you decide to go, I hope you're an expert because they won't explain anything to you. They assume most people already know. Also you might want to ask for your original parts back because they will "scrap" them afterwards.

I knew from the back-to-back call that he was not someone I should deal with, given my several years of sales experience. I gave him a chance because he seemed like a great guy, but I later discovered otherwise. The car was for my young daughter. We flew in from New Orleans to make this purchase. To keep this review brief, I will give the remainder in bullet points. **Questionable Transparency:** Before the purchase, he was very responsive, but afterwards, he became unresponsive. **Dishonest Practices:** When the final amount was added up, we noticed a charge of $2,153 for dealer-added accessories (specifically for LoJack and Zak Tek). The dealership and salespeople automatically add these fees to the cost of the car, but the website indicates these are optional. I had requested that this be removed from the cost, as Zak Tek is a clear-coat paint protection applied by the dealership. Website: Available Packages & Options Optional Accessories ZakTek $1,098 *(This is optional so don't let this dealer or saleman include it to the cost of your car) *-- Unknowledgeable or unskilled salesperson *-- We were not given a comprehensive walkthrough and demonstration of the vehicle's features before we drove it off the lot. Finally after multiple mechanics, I decided to take it to Parra for a full diagnosis. Justin had a few hunches what may have been the issue but they did not resolve the problem. It became difficult to troubleshoot since the car had to be inoperable when I brought it to him. Unfortunately the car would eventually start without a resolution. So Justin stuck it out with me and tried one last ditch effort. My car had a key fob but it broke years ago and was never replaced. Justin recommended buying a new key fob since the issue imitated an alarm being activated. While this seemed far fetched, it ended up being the resolution. This incident occurred three months ago and I haven't had an issue since. The car would stall once a week, run for three weeks and stall again. We swallowed hard but decided to move forward with the repair and they completed the work quickly and efficiently. Their positive friendly aporoach to everything was really refreshing! When I went to pick it up, they asked me to come out in the shop to show me the parts that failed and were replaced.
