I had a service call on my dishwasher, Mike handled everything quickly, efficiently, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. I recommend this company highly. read more

My grandfather has a defective over-the-counter microwave from LG. They scheduled a repair date a week ago with this company to come replace a bulb. So today, a day prior to the appointment, after it being scheduled for this week, this company called to say that my grandfather (disabled 80 year old man) has to personally take down the microwave so their team can take a look at it. If that is company policy then so be it, but its still wrong. What kind of appliance-repair company can't unscrew a microwave? Not to mention waiting so long to call us when we could have scheduled elsewhere with a more helpful and considerate company. read more

Cornerstone has been a life saver throughout our fridge ordeal. Mike, the technician, really knows what he's doing and works hard to keep up with newer appliances. He's persistent in getting the job done and is always super patient and communicative when explaining the issues or repair process. When our LG warranty jerked us around for almost 4 months, the office staff was our lifeline--they are so kind and never grew impatient with our ongoing issues and many, many follow-up calls. Pure angels. Thank you Cornerstone for standing by us and making a difficult process much easier. We will never call anyone else when we need appliance repair. read more

My 1-year-old very expensive Commercial GE washing machine broke. GE first contracted a repair company out of Kissimmee, FL for repairs. After about 4 washes, it broke again. Next, GE contracted Corner Stone Appliance Repair, High Springs. A very nice gentleman came, ordered parts and later replaced the parts, promptly. I highly recommend Corner Stone Appliance, 382-454-0632 for any washing machine repairs! Thank you, Mike! read more

Mike is an amazing technician! Very professional and works lightning fast! I couldn't believe he replaced a lot of things on our refrigerator and had it done in 40 minutes! He even went above and beyond when I asked him to do a favor. I will definitely have this company on my speed dial if I need them again. Great job! read more

Mike is an outstanding technician. I have used his company several times to fix several of my appliances. He does quality work. Highly recommend! read more

These guys were great and came right out and found the issue with my fridge. They ordered the part and were back out within days of the part coming in and installed it. I will be calling them again for my dishwasher to be fixed. The ladies in the office were professional and very courteous and returned my calls right away! read more

Good luck getting them to show up. 6 missed appointments. Shame on me for thinking they would ever come.

This the second time 'Mike & Company" came out, once for my GE Washer and today for my GE dryer, Five Star service both times!!! Thanks, Ann for the fast accurate service, R.Michael Klug Fort White 30yr+ retired GE Field Service Technician. read more

Read the two negative reviews...Childish, petulant people trying to tell the Tech how to solve their problem. If they're so smart, then why didn't they fix their problem instead of calling Cornerstone? Ridiculous! My family has used Cornerstone probably a half dozen times over a 10 year period of time; and every experience has been just fine, 100% satisfactory. Maybe it's because we get out of the owner's way and let him do his thing. After all, he's the expert; right? read more

I was having problems with a GE Side by side refrigerator so called them for a diagnostic service. Technician came out and after I gave him a description of the problems he pulled the refrigerator out and with a flashlight looked into the back, unplugged the refrigerator, plugged it back in and stated you need an overload start relay.. I asked if he was going to use a meter to check the relay and compressor and he said no. He quoted a price of $197 to install a new relay so told him I would order it and install it. Relay cost me $26 and will be delivered tomorrow. He said you couldn't check the compressor but if the relay doesn't fix the problem then it is the compressor. no test equipment just a visual inspection and replacing what is the obvious repair. What we would call a cherry picker when I was in the service, replace the obvious part and if it doesn't repair the issue move on to the next part. Customer with little knowledge are going to be paying the price for mediocre at best read more

Very professional, patient, and friendly - talked me through the issue over the phone before scheduling. Would def recommend.

Terrible company. Sat home waiting for them and missed a call from tech so they went somewhere else. Missed work in the morning to meet their 4 hour window. The manager and two different dispatchers were rude and condescending. I called around 1:30 after unsuccessfully trying to get in touch with the tech and they told me that they rejected the service ticket and decided that I can get service from someone else. These people have caused a huge inconvenience for me as the microwave is used for sterilizing our infants bottles and teethers. Now we are going into the weekend and I cannot get someone to come out. Stay away from this company. read more

My LG fridge stopped cooling and Cornerstone provides warranty service. When the tech arrived he made a quick diagnosis- the compressor was failing. Besides the electronic data readings he said he could hear that it wasn't functioning fully - that's a lot of experience! the compressor had to be obtained from LG and a week later he was back and job completed in less than an hour. Great customer service and a very helpful attitude. I'd recommend them . read more

They canceled on me three times for different reasons. When I called and asked them to re-schedule they said the letter from GE had expired and I would need to call GE again. When I said that this was not my fault, they were the ones that canceled the appointment Lisa was very rude! She said maybe I need to find another service center. I will definitely let GE know how rude she is and that they need to stop doing business with them! read more

Very Poor Customer Service: I called to request service on an appliance and was told that I was on their "do not do service" list. Back in 2015 I called them at the suggestion from Lowe's to look at a problem with the ice dispenser on my Frigidaire side by side. They requested a model number and serial number for the appliance. I was away from the house when I called so I didn't have the information available to me. They kept demanding that I give them the information. For that I am on their "do not do service" list. After reading other reviews about their customer service I say: Thanks Cornerstone you just made my day! read more

I cannot figure out why everyone is so negative about this company. I contacted GE about a problem with my refrigerator and within a few days the repair man was there. I was a few minutes late getting backt to my home and he was very patient. The repair person figured out the problems said he would order the parts, and would be back. I was surpised about a week later they called to set up an appointment. The same guy came out he was very pleasant and explained everything to me... I would recommend this company and was very pleased with the service read more

I have used Cornerstone for appliances under warranty and for those that weren't. Every time I got a straight forward answer and options to address the issue. There are very few places that do this work anymore, and I'm happy that they are one of them. Always friendly and professional. read more

These people are insane. I had warranty work on appliance and the person in the office said they could fix it. I had already had someone look at it who couldn't fix it. I knew what was wrong. Guy comes out, tells me what's wrong but he can't do warranty work for my area. I said let me call the office, they told me you could fix it. Instead of waiting, kid gets in the truck and drives down to my locked gate. I'm on the phone and I see him down there, so I tell her I'll call back. Hecwa ts 100.00 for diagnostics, I said, I'm not paying you that for refusing to repair my machine, I already knew what was wrong. I need it repaired. He leaves and I call the office back and a man, who is his dad, answers and tells me he called the police because I wouldn't let his son out of my gate. The kid was down at the gate for 2-3 minutes. If that's not Insanity, I don't know what is. Don't chance it! Find someone competent. read more

If I could give them a lower star, it would be zero. A terrible choice if you have an LG product that needs repair. The receptionist is extremely rude and the time it takes to get a repair done is ridiculous. Two weeks to get a refrigerator repaired is unacceptable. It's always an excuse the technician's wife is expecting a baby and on and on. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I'm flabbergasted. Over lots of years-have purchased many Lowe's appliances with service contracts from this company. They are swift, intelligent, on time, and knowledgeable about the appliances. Would give them six stars if I could. I've needed them many times (due to sub-par appliances) and they have come thru 100%. read more

This is the worst and most unprofessional company around. Had to use them to get my refrigerator serviced through Lowes and they did nothing to fix the issue. Tech stated that the shelves need to be moved, even though Frigidaire said it wasn't a requirement and fridge should be fine the way it is. Poor repair skills and really poor judgment on the tech's side that he stomped his foot and stormed out of my house when told his "one solution" wasn't one Frigidaire supported or claimed to be true. When calling to get a resolution to the company the front desk clerk put the tech on the phone when I requested to speak to a manager. He proceeded to raise his voice and tell me my issues were my problem. VERY professional to treat customers like this. Even more professional to put the tech on when a manager was requested. Hope this company goes under soon- much better companies around! read more

Since Lowe's is using this company for extended warranties, I have no options. I called and scheduled the work almost 2 weeks out since I would be out of town. I gave the phone tech from Lowes the serial numbers for both appliances I need work on. I also gave them a new email address. I get a call from Cornerstone while I was out of town and they have no serial numbers and the wrong email address. I sent both via email in the time I was told, 24 hours in advance of the appointment. I called to verify this morning which would have been the day of service and Cornerstone says they only have one ticket for one appliance and tell me to tell Lowes to get the ticket out right away and she will see what she can do. Lowes apologized for the "mix up" and claims they are sending the information, but now Cornerstone does not have any appointments for me until the end of the week. If they actually show up at the time I requested, I will update this review. Otherwise I am done with Lowes and their extended warranties via Cornerstone. read more

This is my first time using Cornerstone & tho' I hope I don't need a service tech again in the near future, I will definitely contact them again for any future issues that my husband can't resolve. The office staff was very polite, scheduling was reasonable & the technician was very knowledgeable & polite. Part was ordered & replaced within a week. Very pleased with this company & will recommend to anyone needing appliance repair. read more

Cornerstone has serviced our appliances and appliances in our rental properties several times. They have always been courteous and professional. Appointments are reasonably quick and the technicians are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Excellent service and professional staff. We highly recommend Cornerstone Appliance Service to our family and friends.

If I could give this business no stars, I would. Apparently this is a company Whirlpool has hired to perform warranty-service calls. This guy could not have cared less about me or my issue. He acted as though he hated his job and had contempt for me, the customer. He argued with me and when I tried to explain what had already happened, and why I had a hard time understanding why this was a dryer vent issue when 1) the previous dryer worked perfectly and 2) the vent had just been cleaned as a result of the first service person identifying the vent as an issue, and this STILL didn't resolve the problem, as I knew it wouldn't--this guy decided to walk out. He was literally there for a minute. So when he left I called his company--turns out he is the OWNER OF THE COMPANY. What a joke. My experience with both companies Whirlpool has sent here has made me never want to buy a Whirlpool appliance again. read more
