I never could have imagined the level of professionalism and attention to detail with which Chase treated our chairs. He went above and beyond. He explained the multi-step powder coating process and followed through making the chairs better than new. I called them and asked why this happened if they use high extraction, to which they replied 'no, we use steam cleaning', and told me there would be a $45 charge to take a look , since it was 'so long ago'. i would not use again, 'high extraction' claims stains and damage to underlying padding do not resurface. They should at least stop by to see what was going on. The manager avoided my calls and just relayed a message about a second charge , if he came out to my centrally located condo, again.

However, he never gave me an estimate even until today. I was told he is out on field whenever I called the office, which is more than four times. He never returned my call although I left message through Alex or Brittney. Also, I was told his manager Dan would call me but it never happened. I am not sure why they intentionally gave false statements whenever I called them. Moreover, I am not sure why they came to house and promised to give me an estimate in the first place. The Best Restoration doesn't keep its promises at all.
