The children are never given an adequate amount of liquids to drink at each meal!!! Also they only change the children if they are poop or extremely wet.....if they have just a lil bit of pee in their diaper they make the child continue to wear the same diaper til next diaper change (which is 2 hours later!!!) Their infants are with one and 2 year olds all day, which is against state guidelines!!! They leave their 3-4 year olds unattended at various times throughout the day, which is not legal at all!!!! They only allow children to play with ONE TOY, like how in the heck is a child supposed to role play or use their imaginable capabilities with ONE toy? They don't allow their staff to talk to parents, heck the staff is afraid to even tell parents good morning or have a good day!!!

The week that they opened, my child was allowed to go one day before they denied her back due to misunderstandings on THEIR part. So this is three weeks in a row I was not able to go to work. So by the 3rd week I was not paid for calling out and then as a result of not working in office for 3 weeks in a row, I was fired. When I tried to come up with a solution(only pay for the one day my child was allowed in daycare) I was ignored. Fast forward a month and a half later every single week had been paid, yet they still refused to work with me on the one week that was denied service. When told I was ultimately fired due to the lack of daycare, they said they were sorry I was fired due to them but they were still firm on needing their FULL payment. If you want a family oriented place DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD HERE! If they do not care about struggling parents that are only struggling because of them, They do not care for your kids.

They were eating a quarter of a ziploc bag filled Cheerios with no milk. Just sitting, eating cereal out of a bag. My son said he eats that all the time. Well! No wonder he's hungry in her care. Then another morning, only a pop tart. That's not a nutritious breakfast. Darla, the owner is rude. The week my son went for care, the ac was out for 2 days. I texted Darla to ask when my son can come back, she said she will let me know. She texted me 8:01 the morning of and expected me to have him there within 30min. So when I arrived after 9, she locked the door saying "if I didn't text you for him to come then it's common sense to bring him". That's what she said to me. First off, I live a good distance from the daycare, then I have to get my other kids up and ready as well. But I have full recording/video to back up my story. How the heck I was suppose to know to bring him if I didn't get a call etc? And for the kids being out two days, she wouldn't refund parents money for the A/C being out. My son may not be the best in behavior sense but There were complaints from my son saying "Miss Darla being mean to me, she snatched my paper". So I took it upon myself and have video feed as well from kids spy cam. I don't play about my kids, a caregiver is suppose to help the kids, not make them feel bad. If you want someone to watch your kids that really cares for them then this isn't the place. My son now goes to another daycare that same day I took him out and he's been there goin on 2 weeks with no complaints of his behavior. Parents! Watch your kid's environment.

First let's mention the neglect towards the children that's obvious, I've come in not once, not twice, but three times before to pick my nephew up during nap time and employees were ASLEEP! Oh yeah and guess what? The owner was also asleep! I thought nap time was for the kids? Apparently not since the adults that are supposed to be watching the children are also asleep. Let's also add that my brother (the father of my nephew) has told me stories of when he picks him up that the owner is screaming at a child because he had an accident because she REFUSED to let him go to the bathroom. Uhhhh last time I checked if a child asks to go to the bathroom you let them go! Also there has been multiple accounts of her yelling at a child telling them that "you gotta go, I'm telling your mama that you need to go, and that no one is going to want to take you" THATS RIDICULOUS! I understand you have to get a child ready for real school but screaming at a 3 year old child like that is not okay. Also having to come in and hearing the gossip about parents is another thing I find utterly ridiculous. And not get me started on the lack of cleaning in that dump. You walk in and it smells like mold and a ton of different air freshener to try to cover it up. Be smart about where you take your child because you seriously don't know what goes on once you leave.

I was very happy with the care. When my son turned 4 yrs he was in pre k school at the center. my husband was dropping my son around 730 am before school and I was picking up after care around 4pm. one day my son was telling me that they didn't feed him that he was hungry. Next day I asked the teacher the teacher said that my son came in to her classroom around 2 pm. I told her no that is not true my son was drop off at 7:30am. What happened was they forgot my son in the last room of the school down the hall. where the before school classroom was dropped off. My son was sleeping in the big pillow cushion behind the door when my son woke up no body was there. My son staying in the room waiting for someone come and get him. when I heard what really happened I should sue the day care because that was negligent. I didn't do it the school fired the teacher who was in charge of the before school care and they gave me a 2 weeks free of charge. Still until today regret not sue them. Still bothered me thinking how my son was feeling and when he said he was hungry they didn't feed him.
