Placing my child's safety in someone else's hands is something my husband and I don't take lightly. This facility has been a godsend! Management and staff are amazing. We currently have a 4 and 1 year old attending. My 4 year old has grown up around many of the staff and loves them dearly. I never have issues with cleanliness and they have been wonderful working around our 1 year olds food allergies to nearly everything. Cost has gone up on occasion, but they have actually made improvements to the classrooms and purchased a new bus. We don't mind the rate increase when we can see the money being put to good use. I have, and will continue to recommend this amazing facility to anyone in need of childcare. They will treat you and your children like family, not customers.

Previous management was way better…read more Son was in the 3 year old class and the lady michelle would fuss at them (toddlers) for not gathering around one little tablet 3+ kids so that she wouldnt have to deal with them. One day my son came home with a wound that looked like someone (older female with nails) had twisted his ear hard. The wound was to the backside of his ear, nothing on the front side. They told us he fell on the cement. We were doubtful and made the director Elisha watch the videos which she took over a week to do and seemed reluctant then. She said she saw nothing but strangely the teacher in question also quit working there all of a sudden? Also after that they seemed to take offense to us questioning it in the first place. They started using incident forms that are suposed to be for injurys to write up our son for something as simple as he told them no or wouldnt listen. I understood if he bit or hit getting a form but not for every time he didn't immediately listen. It was ridiculous. One day i came in and half the class was written up. The last straw is they started sending my son home. Me and my wife both work. The last time they did this i called the daycare and questioned the director Elisha. She said she sent him home because he said no to putting his shoes back on! So we were paying $120 a week and they send him home but we are still expected to pay full price. I asked for the owners number and the number she gives me of course doesnt work. On top of all this that had a good little racket going for quite some time. Their computer system would be down all during the week when payment is due then magically back up after the late fees were added. Even knowing the system is down Elisha would still charge you the late fee. The excuse being you can pay with a check, i havent paid with checks in years, nobody does, or cash which i never carry either.

The week that they opened, my child was allowed to go one day before they denied her back due to misunderstandings on THEIR part. So this is three weeks in a row I was not able to go to work. So by the 3rd week I was not paid for calling out and then as a result of not working in office for 3 weeks in a row, I was fired. When I tried to come up with a solution(only pay for the one day my child was allowed in daycare) I was ignored. Fast forward a month and a half later every single week had been paid, yet they still refused to work with me on the one week that was denied service. When told I was ultimately fired due to the lack of daycare, they said they were sorry I was fired due to them but they were still firm on needing their FULL payment. If you want a family oriented place DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CHILD HERE! If they do not care about struggling parents that are only struggling because of them, They do not care for your kids.

She's was potty trained here. She was always LOVED to be her best self. Ms. MaryAnne and Mrs. Shanteka LOVE the kids so much. This is also an excellent learning facility. They also have super fun activities and mid and end of the year programs to showcase what the children have learned. In the days of Mr. Mike, he would bring in birds and other animals for the children to learn about. Mrs. Alana taught the kids structure and fundamental early learning things. My child learned to read and write in her room. I also appreciate the utilization of the nearby library. This is an excellent facility. I would argue one of the best kept secrets in Augusta. Horrible Communication!…read more I heard about this school from a friend. I decided to call and book for my son. When I initially called I spoke with a lady who told me that this course was a week long course and that I could pay extra to have the driving test administered there. That way at the end of the week my son would be able to get a drivers license if he passed. I thought..why not? I am thinking back to HS where you do both classroom and driving instruction each day. I tried to ask as many questions as I could, but the lady seemed put out that I was asking them and wasn't really forthcoming with anything other than answering what I asked. The week before my son was to attend, I was then told that no, the first week is instruction only and then you have to schedule to drive the following week. So I asked, this is a two week course instead of one? She told me it was 6 hours of driving, but it has to be scheduled, so more like an additional 2-3 days. On the day we drop my son off I am handed paperwork. I have to list all the days and times of availability for the next 6-8 weeks. What?! I was told a week, then a week and 6 hours.. now its 6-8 weeks before they can be scheduled to drive? The miscommunication is unbelievable. So unprofessional.
