The food was great and all reasonably priced. I loved the history and antique feel of the interior. I was over the moon that they offered vegetarian substitutions for almost everything in their menu. Our server who was also working behind the bar was top notch!! 10/10

This is another place that I visit almost every Friday afternoon yet never check in. I just feel happy when I walk in the door here. It's nostalgia combined with the company I am meeting- it just makes me smile. Their pricing is very reasonable, their selection has something for everyone, and their food is drool-worthy - PLEASE sample one of their many delicious homemade sauces- the favorites still remain the honey mustard and chipotle. Their burgers are huge and delicious. I love supporting this small business.

I've been coming to Corner Tavern for years and always have a great time! Everything from the service, food/drinks and music/entertainment is on point. The atmosphere is awesome here. The interior is original construction and love that it's very different from other pubs. I just get a cozy feeling being inside. I Love when they do karaoke night. They have a great selection of beer and hard alcohol. A friend I was with was surprised they had one the other night that she never finds at other bars. It's a nice mix of patrons, all ages and types. I always feel very comfortable here and have an awesome night. They also decorate for holidays which is always fun when businesses get in the spirit! I was there just a few days ago and had mozzarella sticks, wings and tenders. They were so good, I've been thinking about them since then. I think I'm going to get myself some more today! :) This place is one of those where you could easily drive by every day, not knowing what you're missing. Give it a shot, you'll be pleasantly surprised you did. I'm so happy we discovered this little gem years ago and have been able to enjoy it ever since.

Quite frankly the best bar in the Valley. Go for trivia on Tuesday nights! Or any night! They have a huge rotating draft beer selection with lots of variety. There's always sours and ciders on tap which is what draws me in.

Extensive tap list that is always rotating

Great atmosphere, always an amazing tap list and the bartenders make fantastic mixed drinks.

My barely toasted grilled cheese with embedded grill remnants and what appeared to resemble a pickle. But O-rings were good.

The atmosphere & great beer selection keep this place going no doubt. I have been here many times for tap take overs, live music & beer events. I will not eat here again. Friday was the last time for me. How can you screw up a grilled cheese with bacon and tomato? By serving it barely toasted with the cheese unmelted inside and grill top remnants stuck in the bread that's how. Yuck! !

Stopped in just for a drink with the wife. Positives: the interior has been cleaned up nicely, server (Courtney) was very friendly and personable, great line up of craft brews and reasonably priced. Negatives: They need to do something with the ventilation it smelled very badly of grease it was really bad, I noticed before I even took a sip my pint glass had a crack along the rim and I brought it to our servers attention and she very apologetically took my beer away and proceeded to pour it out of the broken glass right into another pint glass instead of pouring a fresh one. I would have given 3.5 stars but not an option.

Awesome old urinals. Am I weird for taking a photo? Probably.

Solid place to grab a few beers and decent bar food. Tuesday nights they have one of the better trivia nights around.

Good food and services. They've really improved recently from previous visits.good location…read moredowntown.

Former pretty regular Brady's Patron…read more After what I experienced earlier this month with Brady's, I wrote a very long detailed review. I decided to wait to publish it because I was so upset with the treatment we received. 2 weeks later, I decided not to write a 1 star review because we actually really enjoyed going to dinner at Brady's on the weekends. Their food was delicious 95% of the time. Their staff was always super friendly too. So I'll give them 5 stars for those areas. As for their event catering in the room next door, 1 star. I can't tell you about the catering food or the service during an event because I booked my event in July for Oct. Went over the details and menu while we dined in the restaurant. I took detailed notes. Despite sending a few messages, there was no response. After calling and dealing with a very rude manager 1 1/2 weeks before my event, he changed all the details! He added charges and minimum charges that were not spoken about or agreed upon when I put my deposit down in July. He also charged me more than I said I wanted to put down when he took my card. He said we could take away some items to make it cheaper or come get a refund....1 1/2 weeks before the event. I honestly considered just sucking it up. All the other arrangements had been made & paid for, invitations had gone out etc. Ultimately I found another friendlier venue so I went to get my refund and went straight to the new place and booked them. If Brady's had been upfront with the costs and details, I probably would've paid that or made different choices. I was angry with the poor communication, shady late price gouging, details being changed and the fact that he sounded very perturbed to be speaking to a woman instead of my husband; even though I was the one throwing the event, paid for it and took all the notes. Needless to say, they lost pretty regular customers who referred them to quite a few people.

Still really good food…read more Returned to this location to see if they were still doing well. Got a full English breakfast special, minus the blood sausage. Also ordered a mocktail of a basil lemonade. The drink was not too sweet and the basil added a tiny touch of herby savoryness which was a nice accent flavor. The full English breakfast was cooked well, good quality ingredients and each element was seasoned appropriately. I could only make a small dent in the dish before sending it back satisfied. The server was friendly, but I threw them off with my quirky behavior. Lead to a little slower service and multiple requests for some items. Nothing against the establishment, just something that happened during my visit. Still a strong recommendation for Main Street, and worth a trek to try.

I'm back! I love this place! It's quiet here ) it's only a Tuesday) but we're late (arrived at 9:15…read morePM). There is no shortage of decor here! I like the huge carafe of ice water and the spicy potato chips! For my first drink, I'm having a Negroni. A negroni is an Italian cocktail, made of equal parts gin, vermouth rosso (red, semi-sweet), and Campari, generally served with ice, and commonly garnished with an orange slice or orange peel. It is considered an apéritif. They also have an Obi Wan Negroni made with Cold Brew Infused Campari instead. For my first food item, I'm having the Cream of Mushroom soup with chicken. Cream of mushroom soup is a simple type of soup where a basic roux is thinned with creamor milk and then mushrooms or mushroom brothare added. This is delicious! It's nice and hot with a lot of shredded chicken. For my entree, I'm having the Brussels Sprout Salad made with shaved Brussels sprouts, spring mix, bacon, pomegranate drizzle, silvered almonds, shaved Parmesan and lemon vinaigrette dressing. Look at the height of this! This tastes great! I am also having a side of mushy peas. Mushy peas are a traditional British side dish of marrowfat peas that are cooked until soft and mashed into a mush. The dish is especially popular in Northern England and the Midlands, and often eaten with fish and chips or served as part of "pie and peas". Here's a quick overview of mushy peas: Ingredients** Traditionally made with dried marrowfat peas, but can be substituted with frozen peas or green split peas. I love this! It's nice and hot.,What a rare treat! This is hard to find anywhere! I'm also having a side of cold slaw. Coleslaw, or "slaw" in North America, is a side dish of shredded cabbage with a vinaigrette or mayo-based dressing. The word "coleslaw" comes from the Dutch term koolsla, meaning "cabbage salad". Recipes vary by region and can include additional ingredients like carrots, apples, raisins, or celery. Coleslaw originated in the Netherlands in the 18th century, but references to similar cabbage salads appear in ancient Greek and Roman medical texts. This is the best! Nice, thick dressing! For my last drink, I'm having a Godfather. The Godfather is a sweet and strong cocktail that blends Scotch whisky and amaretto liqueur. It's typically served in an old-fashioned glass over ice and can be garnished with an orange twist. The drink became popular in the 1970s disco scene and is named after the 1972 film starring Marlon Brando and Al Pacino. Some say bartender Joe Scialom created the Godfather to capture the movie's spirit. This is done just right! Good job! What a great meal here!
