Fast forward to a few weeks ago it was a Friday and me and a friend ordered some sandwiches and sat in the back half of the brewery . After about 25 minutes my buzzer went off. When I got up to the counter there was an order of fish and chips... they called the wrong buzzer. No biggie. Well another 20 minutes went by and nothing. People around us that ordered after us were getting their food. So I went back up to the counter and there on their service line were our chicken sandwiches. When I asked the employee about my order she went back and checked and came back and said "we just finished them up". I took the sandwiches back to the table and again they were COLD. Not to mention since the coleslaw was sitting on the bun they were completely soggy. Didn't take the sandwiches back because we had a baby with us that needed to go to bed.
