First off, I wish California gas stations were like this. We went to one of the smaller Buc-ee's, but their selection of gas station snacks were still amazing! The problem is they have not been stocked for about a month or so, neither has the close runner up of UTZ brand. All I get is next week and it has been weeks. (For instance, if they advertise $2.55/gallon, that's the cash price. The credit price is about .10 more making it $2.65/gallon. With Circle K, the price advertised on their sign is the price you pay... even if you use your card. Since gas prices keep going up (thanks to Sleepy Joe), I appreciate the savings where I can get it. We have gone inside this Circle K in the past. If I remember correctly, they have cheap fountain drinks (something like .79 for a big foam cup). Once our kid accidentally spilled the entire thing while climbing into our vehicle and the kindest worker at the register allowed us to get a new one. It's been awhile since we've run inside so I can't comment more.

It's definitely the LAST place you want to get gas at night when it's not even safe or decent to use during the day. It seems like there are always 1-2 or even 3 flavors that are out of order or can't be used but when so many are offered, it doesn't seem to matter as much. The prices are okay, some of the snacks and other items can be a little expensive, but that's pretty typical for these types of markets. This Mini Seoul also serves hot food, which is a big plus. The chicken skewers are delicious, and I've gotten them several times for lunch. I really like the onions between the pieces of chicken, and the sauce adds great flavor. They also offer spam with rice and seaweed, which I enjoy getting occasionally. I've tried their lunch boxes with pork cutlets, rice, kimchi, and noodles, and they make for a satisfying meal when I'm in the area. There is also a spot to eat inside and then there are tables right outside too. There's also a good selection of frozen foods, including Korean hot dogs, dumplings, and other make at home options. You can grab cups of ice and choose from a variety of juice, tea, and coffee pouches as well. Overall, we really love Mini Seoul.
