This place is genuinely amazing. I have gone with my partner at least 6 times and we love it. The…read moreportions are amazing for the prices. The vibe is so cute. There are sanrio stuffed animals placed around and there are so many claw machines. For the claw machines you get two free tokens with every meal and we've actually won a time or two! Our waitress/cashier was an angle this visit. She kept giving us tokens and she said that us having a good time was so much more important than the cost. I genuinely feel like i should write this review because i don't want my favorite spot to be over populated, it's that good. The dinning area, the claw machine area, and even the bathroom all have to same beautiful feel. I couldn't recommend this place more, there is absolutely zero to complain about. The service is wonderful, the staff is amazing, and the portions are huge and cheap. This is my favorite place to eat in Pearland hands down.

Since we were in the area that day, we made a point to stop at this Wrap & Roll location to make sure it was not a fluke. And by golly, it was exactly what we hoped for! First, the portion sizes are huge as each noodle dish can feed 2-3 people. So unless you brought your appetite, you'll be needing a togo container. Main reason it's so large is because it's packed with protein. Second, the menu has a variety of items ranging from tacos/quesadillas to sandwiches, to noodles/rice, to chicken wings; so there's something for everyone here. And third, the flavors/taste of the eats. The combination fried udon is packed with shrimp/chicken/filet and all the meats are tender along with the noodles and veggies with this sweet/sour/spicy flavor that will knock out your taste buds. From what I read, all the noodle/rice dishes are similar to this. I also saw someone get the quesadilla which was huge and they immediately went silent when eating it cause they couldn't stop stuffing it in their mouth. There's no doubt I plan to return and I hope they expand closer to our neck of the woods in the Heights area. That's a wrap cause they're on a roll!

I get the feeling that this is one of the better work environments based on their attitudes toward customers and each other. I tried the classic meal: 4 chicken fingers, 2 pieces of Texas toast, and fries. Ehh... beautiful presentation, less-than-stellar taste. I get what they're trying to do with the light breading, marinade, and (parmesan?) cheese, but it made the chicken's texture too soft and messy. It also tasted far saltier than it needed to be. The entire meal, especially the fries, has been doused in grease which left puddles in the box. With how slippery all the food was, I had very little motivation to use the garlic parmesan sauce; even when I gave it a try, it only added to the excessively salty experience. $10.59+tax for a 4-finger combo though? Pretty reasonable. The fingers are a little small, but I wouldn't have minded it if they actually tasted better. Maybe I just prefer my chicken on the drier and less salty side.

The chicken and waffles was cooked perfectly and the waffle was in the shape of Texas which was cool. They have a good variety of sauces to pick from. I like that they deliver your order to the tables. The manager was very helpful and friendly. It's a self serve for the drinks and they have a good selection. The peach tea was very good! The interior atmosphere is nice and clean.

They never disappoint with the brisket the meat to fat ratio and flavor are always spot on. I also ordered the chicken, which was a bit dry at first, but when I asked to have it changed, they quickly replaced it with a juicy piece. I really appreciated that and was satisfied. I'm giving five stars because my concern was handled promptly and professionally, and the service is consistently great. The staff is always friendly, and the food tastes amazing.

Very frustrating, today!…read more Living in Pearland since before Big Horn BBQ was born, we have been big fans, even hosting our son's high school graduation in their event room. But today's experience just goes to show you; one's loyalty to a place is only as good as their last experience. Today we placed two orders to go through their third-party service to be delivered to our home since we were working in our garden all day. We had to place two orders because one of our sons was not home yet. When the first order arrived, we opened the stapled paper bag, and only found two of our three orders, with our oldest son's cheeseburger missing. Upon our discovery, we quickly called the restaurant to see if we could get them to package the missing cheeseburger with our second order. Unfortunately, the initial person taking our call, placed us on hold once and then a second time after getting the gist of our issue saying that we needed to wait for a manager. By the time the manager answered the phone, almost 10 minutes later, our second order arrived. We told the manager when he answered the phone that the second order had unfortunately already arrived so we would still need his help getting the missing cheeseburger from the first order. The manager then proceeded to tell us that the problem was not with them and it was an issue with the third-party carrier and that we would have to make the complaint through them. We then asked, who was responsible for packing the order and then stapling the bag shut for the carrier to pick up at the restaurant. The manager said that Big Horn took care of all of that. We then we're wondering well how are we going to get the missing cheeseburger? The manager said it was not their problem and that it was the problem of the third-party carrier. He could hear our frustration but said nothing more other than stating that a missing food item is the responsibility of the carrier, not Big Horn. The manager literally told us to get a hold of the carrier to see if he would go back to Big Horn to pick up the missing burger; so we were forced to hang up the phone and try to file a complaint with the carrier. But the third-party carrier only had voicemail and/or messaging available for complaints; no human contact. So here we are after ordering two orders totaling well over $75 worth of food and sides; and all we can do is expect some kind of credit or refund from the carrier for our next order, and Big Horn has washed their hands of us getting our son his burger. So there you have it, one uncaring manager, and one uncaring attendant, and Big Horn has lost a large family of long time customers for good.
